Wonderful apartment with everything needed for a 5 night stay in London
Pros:

The apartment was lovely and spacious. The views out the windows was lovely. Apartment was very clean with a great kitchen and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful

The perfect spot to stay for our trip to London!
Pros:

The really helpful staff who were willing to go the extra mile and assist with any request. The doorman who helped my elderly mom every time we came or went. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The water in the fridge on arrival and the few helpful kitchen supplies made a big difference. Comfy beds too.

Cons:

Just one very small thing- I couldn’t get the end of the hairdryer off which you usually can and that meant my arms weren’t long enough to blow dry my hair as I would normally do. Room 105

Great area and the staff were lovely but lacking in details.

The convenience of location. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t comfortable. We were there for 8 days and no shampoo tea bags etc replacement.

Pros:

El apartamento de dos habitaciones era amplio

Cons:

Estaba lleno de polvo. Cada vez que volvía a la habitación me entraba un ataque de alergia. Si movía un cojín o me acercaba a una cortina horrible. Tampoco pudimos el aire acondicionado por el mismo motivo
