Location on the best beach was amazing. Soft sand beautiful water and easy access. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The beds are terrible. It’s what you pay for when renting a room. All 5 of us hated the beds, hard thin mattresses that left us aching every morning. Roof to deck, pool & bar all closed with no pre-notice. The ground pool was awful and no one was ever in it. Having the best features closed with out telling us in advance was wrong.
Lo directo que esta frente al mar, su ubicacion por la noche lo hace excelente para ver el cielo y el atardecer
La falta de a lo mejor mas seguridad en las puertas, los trabajos de construccion, y el area de la piscina de la azotea no disponible

Un poco abandonadas las instalaciones , pero comentaron de una futura remodelación, la cual si le vendría bien .

Douche et petits lits pour des lits doubles
Habitación súper amplia y muy limpia. El personal muy simpático, muy atentos en todo momento. Muy buena ubicación y estancias muy bonitas. Repetiríamos sin duda
Quizás el precio de la comida/bebida un pelín caro, pero por lo demás todo muy bien, muy recomendable
La habitación es muy grande con una cama enorme y muy cómoda. Buena ducha.
El rooftop con su piscina estaba en obras y la otra piscina que tienen en la planta baja no tiene espacio para estar en hamacas (solo hay dos y en medio de las plantas) Además está rodeada de obras. Esto fue un grave problema pues el agua del mar en esta zona está caliente y para refrescarnos sólo teníamos una ducha y no una piscina cómoda para estar. Nos avisaron el día antes que no contaríamos con la piscina del rooftop y creo que deberían habernos dejado cancelar sin penalización o proponer una compensación, pues nosotros elegimos ese hotel justo por su piscina en el rooftop. El servicio de cocina cierra a las 15h y te obliga a buscar un lugar para cenar
The location was on the "quieter" side of the island, which made for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. My room was large and well appointed with 2 beds, a nice dining table with chairs and the patio doors opened to the small pool. The food and beverage options were all delicious and well priced, the margaritas were some of the best I had during the trip, well balanced and not too sweet. The tacos and ceviche were amazing and very fresh. I can't wait to visit again soon!

The rooftop was under construction/repair but that’s the only negative and it’s work that has to be done so not really a negative

Nous avions réserve cette hôtel pour la piscine et malheureusement celle-ci étais en travaux! Aucune info sur l'indisponibilité du roofftop!!!! Nous n'avions même pas le droit de monter sur le haut de l'hôtel. Nous sommes très déçu et nous nous somme senti vole. C'est une annonce menteuse.. L'hotel a également refuser de rentrer en compte pour un éventuel remboursement ou dédommagement. Nous avons du également porter nos bagages a l'étage pour accéder a notre chambre...
