It’s a nice, pleasant hotel, close to everything, and staff is friendly.
Pros:

Property is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room had the pool view with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The room itself had plenty of power outlets. I usually travel with an extension power cord which I didn't need to unpack. We could have used more than 5 hangers, but we made it worked with what we had. I like to unpack all my belonging, clothes, shoes, toiletries, hair dryer and travel iron. The bathroom was small, shower always had warm water, clean towels every day, toilet paper always stocked, hotel also provides shampoo, body wash, hand wash, and hand lotion. There's also a hotel hair dryer, but I also travel with my own. If I would visit Oaxaca again, I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The rooms are not as soundproof, so expect outside noise, and music late at night. The hotel is located in near restaurants, bars, and a busy street.

When we booked we first contacted the hotel and got a quote that was higher than booking.com so we proceeded to book through the app just to find out minutes later another relative got a significantly cheaper fare through the hotel. We couldn’t move it as ours was non refundable. Three channels offering three different rates at the exact same time is their right but pretty annoying that the staff gave us a very high rate when we reached out and our family member got it for around 50 usd cheaper per night about 15 minutes later. Same room. Same dates.

Habitaciones limpias pero anticuadas
Pros:

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación pues see encuentra a tan solo unas dos cuadras de zócalo y a unos pasos del templo de Santo Domingo. El lugar es un antigua casona colonial muy colorida y bonita en su fachada.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son algo desactualizadas y pequeñas, el piso de la ducha es muy resbalado, la mayoría de las habitaciones que nos asignaron al grupo no cuentan con ventanas al exterior. Las camas son pequeñas y los colchones muy firmes.
La relación calidad - precio no es muy buena.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, je recommande l’hôtel !
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé, le personnel attentif et aimable, la literie confortable, la chambre propre. le restaurant et l’équipe également !

Cons:

Du à l’isolation qui est surement vétuste, le bruit traverse beaucoup, malgré cela, c’est un hôtel vieux mais bien entretenu.
La salle de bain se remplit également un peu trop d’eau car la douche n’a pas de séparation.

The location was great, the rest of the stay fell short.
Pros:

The staff is very welcoming, always tries their best to provide a positive and welcoming environment. The location is very accessible.

Cons:

We rented two adjacent rooms and inquired about the locker system. They showed it, but one room’s locker malfunctioned, repeatedly displaying errors. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the battery was dead. Consequently, we stored all our passports in the other room. However, when it was time to access the locker, the supposedly functional one was locked and inaccessible. We were stranded for two days without passports, as the keyholder was absent.

The TVs occasionally worked, but not consistently. The floor was extremely sticky upon our arrival, which thankfully they promptly addressed.

One of the rooms lacked a telephone to contact the front desk. Considering all these issues, I would not recommend this place.

Un hotel muy céntrico y limpio
Pros:

me gustaría que cambiaran las lámparas para que se viera mas iluminado, falta un poco de atención cuando esta uno en la alberca (servicio de toallas, personal para ofrecer una bebida o snack, el hotel huele a limpio en cualquier momento, si tuvieran una remodelación en cuanto al baño sería perfecto.

Cons:

que me cobraran un extra por entrar a la habitación más temprano, en algunos otros hoteles nos han dado el acceso sin costo alguno.
La cortesía de una bebida, debería de ser que se pueda utilizar cualquier día y a cualquier hora, mientras estemos hospedados en el hotel, nosotros salimos y ya no pudimos utilizar esa cortesía.
