Pros:

The hotel was exceptional. The room was perfect and the staff helpful and Friendly. Unfortunately breakfast was not included and the price was 18 pd per person. Considering this would be considered a premium hotel for the cost you would think it would be provided. We found a local restaurant with a much lower price point. The dinning room was not open for supper but the bar had a light menu which we really enjoyed.

Pros:

Good clean quiet room with comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Hotel advertised as having a restaurant, a reason we chose it. But it was currently not in operation.
A cooked breakfast which got glowing feedback wasn't available because chef hadn't turned up for work.
The bar advertised Guinness but it had none.
These three issues took the edge off things and deter choosing the hotel again.

Great stay in Glasgow
Pros:

Hotel Indigo was an overall great stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and accomodating. Check in was quick and I was able to enjoy a late checkout due to our train departure time. Location is great and within walking distance to many restaurants, not to mention the train station. Room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Pros:

The hotel is very chic and the decor is fabulous. The rooms are spotless, the check in was seamless and the staff were very friendly. The location was also a bonus as was the car parking facilities literally over the road. The room size was huge!

Cons:

I could not get a decent sleep during the night as the pillows were very hard. In the morning the breakfast was very limited. no toast, the ham and cheese were dried out and there was no milk for the cereal. I did ask a member of staff if there was any bread for toast and was advised there was none left. as mentioned before I had stayed here before many years ago and everything was amazing< hence I returned, but it seemed like some things had slipped over the years. Although I previously raved to my friends about the hotel, I felt rather let down by this experience. I would most likely return if the above points that were mentioned were made more satisfactory as I really do love the hotel or I did .

I would have liked a longer stay
Pros:

We only stayed here one night and I wish it could have been longer. The room was beautifully decorated but a bit dark. The location is great, with a short walk from the train station and plenty of place to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Its a very nice place to spend the night.

Standard-Hotelkette, aber gut
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Glasgow. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Parkhaus, das man (gegen Gebühr) benutzen kann.
Die Zimmer sind groß genug (wir hatten ein Familienzimmer), die Betten in Ordnung (1,40 m zu zweit), die Dusche ist sehr groß und verfügt über genügend Wasserdruck, um auch lange Haare zu waschen.

Cons:

Unser Flug wurde kurzfristig vorverlegt, sodass wir das Hotel um 6:30 Uhr verlassen mussten (dafür kann das Hotel nichts). Allerdings konnten wir deshalb nicht frühstücken (obwohl wir es bezahlt haben). Auch auf Nachfrage war es nicht möglich, uns entgegen zu kommen (z. B. mit Frühstück to go (ein Sandwich zum Mitnehmen oder ähnliches)), das fand ich sehr schade.

Établissement bien situé et grande chambre
Pros:

Très bel établissement avec une chambre de belle taille, lit immense et grande douche. Très propre et parfaitement bien situé près de la gare et à proximité directe des arrêts du bus pour l'aéroport

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était assez décevant. Peu de choix au niveau du buffet, produits assez basiques (pas de fruits frais, pas de réapprovisionnement régulier des produits,..) sur les trois jours il manquait chaque jour quelque chose ( saumon présent une seule fois). Enfin l'organisation et le service des plats chauds étaient chaotiques. Très longs malgré une salle quasi vide.

A nice place to spend a night
Pros:

I like the comfortable bed and central location. Always nice to walk along the river in Glasgow. The staff is welcoming and attentive.

Cons:

The refrigerator wasn’t working, but they did give me a bucket of ice to assist. The mirror in the bathroom had a broken light.
