Nice big, clean room. Excellent shower
Excellent shower. Good bed. Good breakfast. Fantastic bar staff (Sophie) made our night.
Parking
Beautifully decorated, comfortable hotel with friendly staff
Beetje knorrig personeel, prima faciliteiten en goede kamer met fijn groot bed. Ramen die open kunnen!Prima locatie.
Personeel mag wat vriendelijker en het ontbijt is matig. Weinig vers fruit en keuze uit beleg.
I stayed at Hotel Indigo Glasgow on Saturday night and had a ok experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a really good night's sleep, and the shower was excellent with great water pressure. The hotel's location is ideal, with the city centre just a short walk away, and the on-site parking was really convenient and made our stay hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that meant we won't be returning. When we got back to the hotel just after 1am, we asked for another drink but were refused by a member of staff, who told us that we'd "had enough." We found this quite rude, as we were both perfectly fine and there had been no issues with our behaviour.
The room fridge also wasn't very cold, so any drinks we kept in it were barely chilled. The lighting throughout the room was poor, and the red lampshades made it even darker and less practical.
At £259 for one night, we expected a much better overall experience. While the location and comfort were good, the service and room shortcomings made it feel poor value for money. Overall, it was disappointing, and we won't be staying again
Staff were amazing. Lovely facilities.
A little maintenance could be used on some areas. Extractor fan in bath room very very rusty which takes away from an otherwise lovely room and bathroom.
bellissima camera
tutto perfetto
Room was perfect. Very comfortable, cosy and clean.
Only one lovely lady on check in who also had to cover the bar. It was a bust day for Glasgow and really should of had more staff on. Felt very sorry for the lady.
Staff at breakfast were pleasant and location of hotel is excellent.
I did not get the room I booked and no compensation offered. Beds were uncomfortable and the cooked food at breakfast was terrible.
On arrival we were allocated a room with disability facilities
We were moved room, the basin tap leaked badly , the sinkk plug was as good as useless. Although we reported this it was not resolved, no explanation given, however we were in recognition given one days breakfast gratis
Instead of a kettle the room had a ridiculous coffee machine. In room 316 it is in a spam alcove type space, very awkward and dangerous to fill. Coffee pods are not very environmentally friendly as well.
Limpio y agradable
Nada
The property was very comfortable and clean, with friendly staff and a great comfy bed . its location was excellent- close to Glasgow train station, easy walking distance to sights in town and well connected with public transport. i had an absolute blast 🥹
Nothing I really enjoyed my stay and everything met my expectations
Located on Waterloo St close to bars, restaurants and Buchanan St shopping area.
The fact that the kitchen was closed for the weekend that we stayed there.
Continental breakfast was available in the restaurant each morning which was a good start to the day.
