Un poco más de cuidado
Pros:

Está muy bonito el hotel, muy céntrico

Cons:

En la habitación doble las camas están muy pegadas a la ventana y al muro lo q hace incómodo para la persona q le toca dormir junto a ellos. La chapa de la puerta no servía.

no respetaron mi reserva, no sé si fueron ellos u ustedes, pero la verdad no es posible si yo reserve un mes antes, como es posible que me digan en el momento de mi llegada que mi reserva no sé aplicó porque mi tarjeta había sido rechazada en ese momento, en ese mismo momento reserve y pague con la misma tarjeta en otro hotel, después de una hora de que me retire me hablan y me dicen que ya tienen lista mi habitación, que lamentable que tengan un servicio tan depeoravle

Los servicios adicionales restaurante valet parking, masajes y limpieza de cuartos, muy bien todos !!!

Cons:

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, energía eléctrica y regaderas antiguas.

El servicio en frontdesk pésimo.

The location is great. Near downtown, only 5 min to the main plaza. They have valet parking

Cons:

A chair infront of the dresser would be very convenient for guests that need to work. There is not a designated area to use your laptop inside the room

El preci oes demasiado alto para loque ofrece el hotel. Los cuartos no son de hotel de primera clase. Ni hay ni qiquiera tapete en los baños. Muy muy caro para lo que es
