Gostei bastante de estar em Bacalar e o pessoal do Rancho foi muito simpático.
As vilas são bastante boas e e sua ligação direta à lagoa permite uma experiência ao nascer do sol fantástica. Pior é a noite, quando parece que estás num motel de estrada a ouvir todo o tipo de camiões e motas a toda a hora. O barulho é infernal para quem não dorme de tampões nos ouvidos.
L’hôtel est incroyable, chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Le cadre est magnifique. Le personnel a l’accueil et au restaurant est vraiment très accueillant.

Wir waren in einem Häuschen direkt an der Lagune mit Terasse und privatem Zugang zur Lagune. Es stehen Kanu und SUP zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir würden wieder kommen.

We stayed here 14 years ago and came back with our two daughters. We had a lagoon swim up room. The resort is as lovely as it was 14 years ago, is well maintained and the staff excellent. We had a fantastic stay!

Magnifique Hotel au calme, de grandes chambres avec des lits très confortables. Nous avons demandé un lit d'appoint et nous avons eu assez de place pour continuer a circuler dans la chambre. Le personnel est au petit soin.
