Good location, your car is at risk in the parking lot, cold showers.
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

Poor Water heating capabilities. I took my showers with cold water.
Also the parking lot offers no security for cars, I noticed a young man in the parking lot walking from car to car pulling on the driver handle to test if it would open.
