Relaxing, great sunset view and excellent breakfast
Pros:

The best highlight in the hotel is the sunset view from the roof top and from the club room, the lobby is very nice, service is good and the breakfast is excellent

Cons:

The room they had assigned to us is old and run down, and the air-con is hot. However upon request they changed a newer and better room for us on the 2nd night

日本でも色んな所でシティホテルをよく利用してますがスタッフの人数が少なく物足りなさを感じますがすぐ対応してくれるスタッフの多さと、こじんまりした人数集客、ヨガ　星空鑑賞
館内案内などホテルを楽しむ無料の色んなメニューがあった。また朝食メニュー
あおさパンは地元の食材いかせてて良かった。

Cons:

ラウンジにスタッフいない時が多くワイン無くなったりナッツ無くなっても補充してもらえ他のホテルでもラウンジ使えるホテルをよく利用するがスタッフが必ずいて足りない物があれば補充してくれていた。
またちょっとした事もラウンジで聞こうとしてもいない　これはラウンジに限ってであり　朝食レストラン玄関にはスタッフが十分いた。
あと朝食の食器乗せるトレイが欲しかった。

部屋から見る英虞湾の景色は最高でした。
スタッフの方のいろんな対応も良かったです。
ラウンジも利用しましたがビール、ワイン、日本酒が有り、また時間帯によって食べ物も変わって楽しめました。これが無料で何回でも利用出来て良かったです。

朝食は美味しく品数も多かった。スタッフが親切。（チェックアウト時にお見送りの際、写真を撮って頂いていい思い出になった。）←見習いの女性の方。お部屋の説明も日本語の片言でも一所懸命さが伝わった。

快適。美味。
Pros:

朝食と夕食が最高でした。ラウンジのオールインクルーシブも快適でした。
ホテルのスタッフの対応もしつこくなく、適度な距離感があって素晴らしかった。
館内案内の方も名調子で大満足。

Cons:

大浴場の施設まで距離があったので、行けなかった。２日滞在でプランを立てたい。
