Great place to stay as a base for visiting clients at Coolangatta and Southport.
Pros:

Great communication and easy check in and out. Great value for money, good location and private. Everything I needed to be able to stay in and cook and keep costs down. Quick response when I had a problem with the wifi not working.

Cons:

It is across from a school, so noisy during the day, which didn't bother me as I was out during the day.

Great position, only a short walk to the beach! The bed was big and comfortable. Private secure parking. Staff was polite and friendly.

Cons:

The apartment wasn't very clean, crumbs and hair on the chairs and the lounge. Our apartment wasn't very big compared to the one allocated to our friends. The sofa bed was in a tight spot so we were unable to open it up and our child had to co-sleep in our bed.
Not enough towels when we arrived, so had to ask more at reception.

Pleasant but did not get the quality of room expected
Pros:

Amazing location close to beach, pacific fair and restaurants

Cons:

The room was advertised as a large double bed. It was actually two single beds joined together. The couch was also tiny and not really usable. The TV was not able to connect to the internet. If all of this was clearer we would not have booked because comfort is obviously a key concern when traveling.
