Cons:

Check in was the worst experience i have ever been through , they made me give them 3 credit cards 2 drivers licences and even made me take photos of myself outside the hotel while standing out in the cold for 45min .

Convenient, affordable, well located, but not a good night's sleep.
Pros:

It was good value for money considering it was a one bedroom apartment, not just a studio. I prefer walk-ups to avoid having to use lifts so this was good. The undercover security parking was very good and clean. The manager (?) working in the office was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I feel the bed needs replacing. I woke up with severe back pain, which I never get. This was the second consecutive gold coast accommodation with old beds - which made me question how much you need to pay to have a good nights sleep.

Pros:

I loved everything about my stay! The location is perfect: just 5 minutes from the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and Oasis Shopping Centre, where you can buy all your groceries, and only 4 minutes from the bus and tram stop. It was easy to get everywhere I needed to go, from Bond University, where I worked, to the wildlife sanctuary and Sea World. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help. The apartment was cleaned weekly (I stayed for 5 weeks) and had a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, so it truly felt like a home away from home. Many thanks to the team — I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

There are construction works nearby so there was a bit of noise but only during working hours.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Fantastic location - easy access to Pacific Fair, the light rail, plenty of places to eat, and the beach!
The room itself was well appointed, with plenty of cooking utensils. The staff were super friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond to accommodate us!

Close to beach and pac fair

Cons:

Apartment was on cold side. Balcony didn't have a view n was by wind tunnel. Also that they gave very poor quality coffee n tea n only 1 sachet dishwashing liquid n laundry detergent. Should have 2 for every 3/4day stay. Frying pan was non stick n scratched. Cutlery drawers bit grimy

Great place to stay as a base for visiting clients at Coolangatta and Southport.
Pros:

Great communication and easy check in and out. Great value for money, good location and private. Everything I needed to be able to stay in and cook and keep costs down. Quick response when I had a problem with the wifi not working.

Cons:

It is across from a school, so noisy during the day, which didn't bother me as I was out during the day.
