Pros:

Localização excelente.
Tem parque privativo.
Bom pequeno almoço

Cons:

Um dos quartos que reservamos tinha um odor intenso vindo da casa de banho. Fizemos reclamação na receção e fomos prontamente colocados noutro quarto

Great location, nice room, but hotel lacked soul and staff needed to be more welcoming
Pros:

Had a fabulous view of the monastery from our bedroom
Nice furnishings in room
Location of hotel good to walk to town and visit monastery

Cons:

Arrived before 4pm which was booking in time. Rather late. It was obvious the hotel was not fully booked far from it, but had to come back and book in 4/4.15. Hotel was very clean, but felt soul less.
Staff member at breakfast was not friendly. Staff generally seemed very surly.
Bedroom and breakfast room were very sparse, just functional.
