sauberes Hotel, bequeme Betten, wir haben gut geschlafen, ruhiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Dusche funktionierte nicht, es kam kaum Wasser. Als wir an der Rezeption Bescheid sagten, wurden wir damit vertröstet, dass dieses Problem mit der Dusche öfter vorkommt. Die Dusche war für unseren Aufenthalt unbrauchbar.
Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie, und zu diesem Preis, ist das inakzeptabel.

Very restful property in Karlsruhe!
Pros:

The Plaza Premium is a nice, modern hotel on the outskirts of Karlsruhe. It is in a quiet neighborhood that provides easy access to the palace and the town’s center. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The breakfasts are at the top!

Cons:

The water temperature in the shower fluctuates from hot to cold almost on a schedule . . . an annoyance.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr opulent und sehr lecker. Das Hotel als solches war modern und schön eingerichtet. Sehr netter Empfang und Bedienung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sehr sauber. Unter den Betten und in den Ecken tummelten sich die Staubmäuse, am Schrank hingegen Spinnweben und Flecken in der Duschkabine. Die Preise im Getränke- und Süßigkeitenautomat am Empfang waren Mondpreise. Bei aller Liebe, aber 4 Euro für 0,5l Softdrinks und 3,50 für Twix XL ist schon ziemlich übertrieben. Aber bleibt jedem selbst überlassen, ob er dort "einkauft".

Brilliant place to stay in every aspect and way. As a long term returning customer who knows the hotel for over a decade, I highly recommend PLAZA Premium Karlsruhe to everyone, from a solo person to a group of travellers or a family with kids and even pets!

Cons:

Everything is set up, designed, and laid out perfectly, including the location, so absolutely nothing to complain about or recommend for any improvements.

Mooie kamers, en groot parkeerterrein waar je ook een flinke bestelbus kan parkeren. Top!

Cons:

Jammer dat het restaurant dicht was. Maar ik werd op aanraden van het personeel naar een Italiaans restaurant verwezen op tien minuutjes lopen. Heb er heerlijk gegeten.
