Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location, breakfast, spacious room, clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Cons:

Only one towel per person. No bottle of natural water in the room.

Kan inte tänka mig ett bättre boende i Colmar ! Kommer bo här igen.
Pros:

Allt var jättebra. Trevlig personal och bemötande. Vi blev uppgraderade. Fick rum med en balkong. Snyggt , rent och sköna sängar.

Highly recommend
Pros:

We were offered a free upgrade upon arrival which was a lovely bonus. The room was incredible with a giant tub which was very welcome after lots of travel. We were in the centre of Old Town so the location was amazing. Highly recommend

Cons:

Accueil pas très chaleureux,
Indication pour le Parking pas très clair et loin de l’hôtel , non pratique. Nous avons tourné 10 min pour le trouver.
Endroit réfrigérée (frigo) minuscule et ne fonctionnant pas
Pommeau de douche qui fuit et réglage difficile (eau brûlante)

Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich unschlagbar, nämlich quasi direkt in der Altstadt.
Die Angestellte waren ausgesprochen freundlich, und das Frühstück war auch toll

Cons:

Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Tatsache, daß das Bad kein separater Raum war, sondern im Zimmer integriert. Für ein verliebtes oder verheiratetens Paar bestimmt nett, aber wir waren einfach nur Freunde m+w 65 Jahre , die eine gemeinsame Reise unternommen haben. Da will man ja vielleicht nicht unbedingt vom anderen alles mitbekommen.

Auch die Sauberkeit war an vielen Stellen absolut nicht in Ordnung.
Für den Preis, und bei einem 4 **** Hotel hätte ich mir das anders gewünscht.
