Super séjour au lac de Weissenssee
Pros:

L’emplacement, le lac de Weissenssee est magnifique, c’est un rêve éveillé.

Cons:

Le côté un peu vieillot de l’hôtel, le fait qu’il n’y ait que du vegan, l’espace spa est décevant, très petit, et est nudiste ce qui m’a donné une impression gênante.

War erholsam mit perfekter Urlaubsumgebung für Erholung kombiniert mit einem wunderbarem See.

1) Personal. Freundlich, freundschaftlich, den Kunden im Fokus habend.
2) Auch wenn ich über die Booking.com Website nicht erkannt habe, dass es sich um ein vegetarisch-veganes Hotel handelt: das Essen war ausgezeichnet.

Auf booking.com kein ins Auge stechender Hinweis das es sich um eine rein vegetarisch-veganes Hotel handelt.
Durch die im diesem Sommer hohen Temperaturen Bedarf von Klimaanlage im Hotelzimmer gegeben und hatte auch Klimaanlage bei diesem 4*s-Hotel erwartet. Verstehe, dass die Lage in den davorgehenden Jahren durch das noch nicht so extrem warme Klima keine zwingende Notwendigkeit für Klimatisierung gezeigt hat aber inzwischen ist das ein Thema und es sollte auch schon in den Hotels nachgerüstet sein.

Ausstattung und Lage hervorragend

Essen sehr gut

Cons:

Professionalität des Personals entspricht tlw. nicht der gehobenen Preisklasse. Einen Hoteldirektor habe ich nicht wahrgenommen - es fehlt ein wenig „die Seele“, die ist in familiengeführten Häusern gibt. Es schmälert aber nicht das ansonsten hohe Niveau des Hotels.
