Average facilities and definitely not a luxury apartment.
Pros:

Spacious and easy parking. Like a one bedroom apartment and handy to town.

Cons:

The bathroom and bedroom did not have any heating apart from the bathroom heat lamps and the electric blankets. The rooms were dark especially the first one we were allocated and things are looking a bit tired now.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

The fireplace was great, heated floors and towel rails, beds were warm, shampoo and conditioners were lovely, garage parking was convenient on sub zero mornings, easy check in process.

Cons:

We had no hot water for most of a day because somehow just the hot water pipe froze, maybe because the apartment next to us was empty. The mattress felt very worn and was uncomfortable after a day skiing. The couch needed some new throw cushions too, they were pretty tired looking.

Nice location and a great place to spend your honeymoon
Pros:

It was warm and very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Didn’t have a dish cloth. Needed to buy our own.

Functional accommodation for a family with great proximity to town.

Cons:

We were disappointed to find that both the spa and pool were unavailable during our stay, particularly as no communication was provided prior to our arrival. These facilities were a key factor in our decision to book this accommodation.

I contacted the hotel to raise the issue but did not receive a response.

Pros:

The apartment was extremely comfortable and spacious. It had a very welcoming and homely feel and it was warm!
Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

An upgrade to an induction cooktop and a few storage containers for leftovers, etc, would be helpful.

Great find, recommended for a clean and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Location was close to city. Apartment was huge, clean and had good functioning amenities from coffee machine, dishwasher, to fireplace, washer, dryer. The pictures didn’t do the apartment justice, I was pleasantly surprised and my family enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

Cons:

Nothing much actually, a pity we went close to winter so didn’t get to enjoy the pool. Also, parking was a bit challenging when there were more than 3 groups trying to park near the apartment. But you can always park at the roadside nearby!
