Great location, right beside Charles Gate and close to the trams!
Pros:

We stayed in room 25, it was overlooking Charles Gate. Such a stunning location. We could not believe the room that we had in the suite.

Great position, really close to the centre and to many shops/restaurants

Cons:

The rooms are directly over one of the most popular restaurants/bars of Prague (which I recommend visiting, by the way). This means constant noise and many people at the entrance. An even bigger problem was the constant smell from the kitchen inside the halls. Thankfully it was cold when I visited, because the room had no air conditioning, only an old fan. Opening the window was out of question, as it meant getting a full-blown exaust of deep-fry smell from the kitchen below, not to mention the noise from people drinking outside. The room was spacious but the furniture was outdated and ruined. It was clean overall, but it could have been cleaner.
