Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Hotel Das Essigmanngut und es wird nicht das letzte Mal sein. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist phänomenal, sehr viel Auswahl und lecker. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Die Salzburger Altstadt erreicht man mit dem Bus in ca. 25 min.

L emplacement et la proximité en bus pour se rendre en 20 minutes à Salzburg.
Le petit déjeuner varie, excellente qualité, digne d un buffet de grand hotel de luxe
Le personnel charmant.
Le parking gratuit.

Cons:

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente ottimo. La struttura è pulita, il personale accogliente e la colazione è stata indubbiamente il punto di forza: davvero superba, freschissima e ricca di una grandissima varietà di opzioni sia dolci sia salate.

L'unica pecca, purtroppo importante in questo periodo, è l'assenza dell'aria condizionata nelle camere. In stanza è presente solo un ventilatore che, per quanto utile, non è bastato a contrastare il caldo anomalo di questa stagione. Se venisse installato il condizionatore, la struttura da cinque stelle passerebbe a dieci! Consigliatissimo nei periodi meno caldi!!!

Le personnel était très accueillant, l’emplacement était idéal pour visiter les alentours, le petit déjeuner était très copieux et varié tous les jours. Le cadre et la décoration étaient magnifiques !!

Struttura bellissima, nuova, pulita, curata in ogni dettaglio. Camere non grandissime ma perfette. La colazione migliore fatta in due settimane: favolosa.
Ottima idea offrire gratuitamente i biglietti per trasporti pubblici con cui raggiungere comodamente Salisburgo.

An extremely disappointing and concerning experience.
I had been at the hotel for less than 10 minutes when a skylight/window mechanism suddenly fell and hit my finger, causing an injury. In my opinion, this was not simply an unfortunate accident, but a serious safety issue with the hotel’s facilities. A properly maintained and safely secured window should not suddenly fall and injure a guest.
What made the experience even worse was the way the hotel staff handled the incident. Their response was very unprofessional, and I did not feel that my injury was taken seriously or dealt with appropriately.
I was subsequently told that the matter would be handled through the hotel’s insurance. However, the insurance company has still not contacted me, and I am still waiting for proper follow-up.
I had been in the hotel for less than ten minutes, yet this incident completely ruined my impression of the property. Unfortunately, when I think of this hotel now, I remember being injured by its defective facility, the unprofessional response from the staff, and the lack of follow-up afterwards.
For me, this was not just a bad stay. It was a serious safety concern, followed by very poor handling of the incident. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Super Lage, super Frühstück, super freundlich

+ das Frühstück war super und sehr abwechslungsreich
+ die Lage zu Salzburg und verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Natur
+ es gibt einen Fahrstuhl
+ sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

- es gibt zu wenige Haken im Bad, bzw. die vorhandenen sind an unvorteilhaften Stellen
- die Kaffee und Teestation ist nicht im Zimmer, sondern im Speisesaal und auch nur bis 20 Uhr verfügbar

Bella esperienza
Pros:

Si trova a 10 minuti da Salisburgo ma è immerso nel verde della campagna.
Offre una colazione ricca e molto varia con qualche opzione vegana salata che si può gustare anche all'aperto.
Si può raggiungere Salisburgo anche con un bus in poco tempo e senza lo stress del traffico cittadino (i biglietti sono gratuiti con la guest card). La camera che avevamo noi era basica ma aveva tutto il necessario. Sono disponibili anche dei piccoli appartamenti con angolo cottura.
Esperienza molto positiva

Cons:

Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma c'è un ventilatore in dotazione. Siamo riusciti comunque a dormire tenendo le finestre aperte
