Ottimo hotel ai piedi dell'Alpe di Siusi
Pros:

L'hotel è in una posizione ottima a pochi minuti dalla Cable Car per l'Alpe di Siusi. Alcuni sentieri escursionistici partono proprio dalla posizione dell'Hotel. Le camere sono ampie e belle, con vista sulla vallata o sulle montagne. Colazione abbondante e personale molto gentile. Lo consigliamo.

Cons:

Noi siamo stati nella struttura ad inizio giugno con meteo variabile e pioggie frequenti, ciò nonostante abbiamo sentito durante la notte la mancanza dell'aria condizionata che ha influito sul nostro riposo. Le nostre camere erano all'ultimo piano, sotto il tetto, e forse questo le ha rese piu calde, ma non è sufficiente aprire le finestre a vasistas per avere un buon ricircolo e un po' di aria fresca anche perchè questo comporta aprire le tende e duqnue avere la luce in camera. La mancanza dell aria condizionata.è l'unica cosa che ci sentiamo di segnalare.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the mountains!
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Nice, spacious and clean room with a very good view of the mountains and valley. Comfortable bed. Nice staff at restaurant and at reception. Good location, close by to several hiking routes. Amazing place to relax and enjoy the mountains.

Cons:

Breakfast lacking some more fresh fruits. Each guest is assigned a fixed table at the restaurant, so no flexibility to rotate or choose own preferred table location. Minor detail, but, bed pillow were a bit too hard and thin, it could be nice to offer two different types so that guest can select according to their taste.

Schöne Woche in einem sehr netten Haus, dass in einigen Bereichen nicht ganz den 4* Rang erreicht.
Pros:

Der Lobby-, Empfangs-, und Barbereich waren, nett und groß genug gestaltet. Freundliches Empfangspersonal.
Das Restaurant war groß und nett eingerichtet.
Frühstück: Reichhaltig und gut.
Nachmittagssnack: Kostenlos und abwechslungsreich mit herzhaften aber auch süßen Speisen.
Abendessen: Immer 4 Gänge, sehr geschmackvoll, abwechslungsreich und sehr gut.
Top freundliches Personal, wenngleich kaum Italiener dort arbeiten. Allesamt höflich, zuvorkommend und immer aufmerksam.
Das Zimmer was sehr groß (Suite) mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, geräumigen Badezimmer incl. Bidet. Ein großer Balkon gehörte zum Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde auch sehr gut gepflegt.
Das Zimmer war allerdings etwas lieblos arrangiert. Die Kopfkissen sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Betten... na ja OK. Es fehlt der chick !!
Das Badezimmer hatte kein schönes Duschgel, keine Kosmetiktücher, kaum Hygieneartikel (Pads, Q-Tips etc). Keinen Kosmetik Spiegel. Alles in Allem ist da noch viel "Luft nach oben".
Äußerer Poolbereich: Sieht etwas veraltet aus und ist nicht entsprechen einem 4* Standard gepflegt, etwas marode. Das Poolwasser war sehr sauber aber etwas zu kalt und der Pool selber hat keine Treppen zum Einstig, sondern nur Leitern, was erschwerend für älter Menschen oder Menschen mit Handicap ist.
Es fehlt eine Poolterrasse mit Sitz, Trink- und Speisemöglichkeit, Eis essen etc.. Gerne würde man dort oben sitzen.
Die Liegen sind OK, aber auch nicht mehr. Auflagen wären schön.
