Wonderful resort with delicious food, comfortable rooms, and great for children
Pros:

Really enjoyed the pool and spa, food was great , room were spacious, enjoyed having a balcony overseeing mountains, beds comfortable, and bathroom was wonderful, kids room/pool/foosball/ping pong rooms were great, close to bus stop, easy parking

Cons:

Took a while to get coffee, dinner meals spaced with courses Made it trickier with family with young kids, manicure/pedicure felt overpriced even with the discount

Lo staff cortese e gentile, la pulizia, la cucina molto buona

Cons:

Troppi costi extra, per esempio un bicchiere d’acqua 1,20€ o due biciclette quasi 150€, una struttura di questa portata ( con quello che si fa pagare ) dovrebbe avere queste cose gratuitamente al servizio dei clienti della struttura.

Relax in montagna
Pros:

La nostra stanza era grande e confortevole situata al IV piano. Letti comodi e stanza ben tenuta. La posizione dell' hotel è ottima e offrono anche il pass per i mezzi pubblici. L' area wellness, la piscina esterna ed interna sono comode a fine giornata e godibili con i bambini.
Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Purtroppo,la nota dolente, è il cibo. Abbiamo fatto trattamento mezza pensione e non siamo rimasti per nulla soddisfatti. Materie prime pessime, alcuni piatti proprio immangiabili. Peccato per un 4 stelle.

Qualche giorno di relax sotto lo Sciliar
Pros:

Tutto semplice. Dall'arrivo alla partenza. Nessun imprevisto non gestibile. Ti senti accolto.
Ottima cucina, con alcuni piatti anche un po' ricercati.
Un plus che non mi aspettavo: la merenda pomeridiana presso il bar.
Navetta per andare agli impianti appena fuori dal complesso (almeno due passaggi all'ora), in pochi minuti porta alla cabinovia per portarti a Compaccio dove potranno iniziare le tue camminate montane.
