Pros:

El personal de comedor muy atento y agradable. La comida muy bien. El colchón bastante cómodo. La piscina estupenda. El hotel precioso, la decoración de estilo medieval y las tablas con iconos en las paredes de estilo románico y bizantino espectaculares. Un hotel muy original y agradable. El retablo de azulejos con la representación de la Virgen del Carmen y el niño Jesús en la entrada te da la bienvenida a un sitio que sin lugar a dudas es el más bonito
de Peñíscola.

Cons:

En el baño había bañera, no ducha y la alcachofa se caía al estar rota la sujeción.

El desayuno buenísimo y abundante, el personal te hace sentir como en casa, cualquier cosa que necesites siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte y la limpieza inmejorable, muy bien ubicado, yo diría que la mejor zona, la menos masificada, un hotel 10.

Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the parking was definitely a bonus. Breakfast was buffet style. The hotel is right on the beach, although it’s far- a 20-minute walk- from the centre. The pool area with the bar was pleasant, and the music was actually quite good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our room. It was in the basement, at the end of the corridor, with old-fashioned furniture, little natural light and a dark, depressing atmosphere. It was also extremely noisy, with pipes and cisterns
clearly audible from other rooms.
The worst part was the morning: from around 8am, for almost two hours, there was constant banging, doors slamming and laundry trolleys going up and down the corridor. It was impossible to sleep.
The staff and facilities are good, but the room and especially the noise really affected our stay.
