Nos encantó todo.
Las instalaciones son muy buenas el personal no puede ser más amable y correcto.
Tengo que dejar como sugerencia ,no es una crítica, que no están preparados para la discapacidad.
Nos pusieron en la zona de adultos y claro debería estar mejor dividido la parte de solo adultos y familias. Gracias al personal conseguimos disfrutar...pero la gente es muy poco empática y el hotel necesita espacios para que la estancia sea más agradable.

Explique que no está preparado para la discapacidad y está mal distribuido el alojamiento de familias con los que que van en parejas o solo adultos

I chose the wrong place.
Pros:

Dinner and Breakfast were excellent.

Cons:

One would expect coffee in the room would be complimentary just like world class Marriot’s or Hilton. I rather pay a local shop. You must purchase a service in order yo use the swimming pool. It is a disappointment. Not the expectation after an 18 mile walk.

Lo único bueno fue el jardín de la planta primera.

Cons:

Es un hotel 3 estrellas, para nada un 4 superior. Reserve la suite premium, lo único que tenía de premium era el tamaño, 70m2.
No tenía amenities, solo cofia de ducha y cepillo de dientes, no había secador de toallas, si vas al spa y no te cambian el albornoz tienes que ir con el albornoz totalmente húmedo al día siguiente. Tienen aire acondicionado solo en las habitaciones y pasillo pero cuando sales al ascensor u áreas comunes te mueres de calor. Incluí la cena en mi reserva, no era cena de hotel 4+, sino un buffet de chino barato desagradable. Pedi alguna otra opcion de cena, servicio de habitaciones, un bocadillo o algo pero no tenian ni cafetería por la noche. Ponen que hay cafera en las habitaciones pero solo hay opción de café de pago, (1,50€ cosa que me parece muy cutre pagando casi 300 euros por noche)pero no hay opción de crema o té, El té me lo tuvo que subir el chico de la recepción, el único profesional del hotel que sabía como tratar al cliente, si querías tomar algo en la terraza te lo tenías que subir tu y luego bajar las tazas. El Spa bien si no tienes en cuenta que varios botones del circuito no funcionan. Por todo esto y algo más que seguro se me olvida no pagaría más de 100€ por una habitación, en lugar de los 290 que me costó la noche. Ah y también esta un poco pasado de moda y queda en un polígono a unos pocos kilómetros del pueblo.
