L'état de la chambre (fissure, tache sur les murs, pas de savon pour les mains, etc...)

L’emplacement

Cons:

Ce n’est absolument pas un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Aucune propreté, moquette sûrement jamais nettoyées, saleté partout dans les couloirs, le balcon, les draps de lit avec du moisi dessus, fenêtre de la chambre fissurée, Clim qui fait un bruit atroce et qui se coupe après 1h…
On entend tous les autres clients de l’hôtel à travers les murs.
Personne ne parlait anglais
5€ à ajouter pour se garer dans la rue, c’est de l’arnaque totale !

Чаршафите и хавлиите бяха чисти. Банята е голяма и чиста, има климатик, малък хладилник, сешоар и тераса. Персоналът беше любезен и всички говорят английски. Съобразиха се с желанието ни да сме на нисък етаж. Във фоайето има кафемашина с безплатно кафе за гостите.

Cons:

Тъй като пътувах с възрастната ми майка за седмица и исках престоят ни да е комфортен, резервирах фамилна стая, 20 кв.м., с едно двойно и едно единично легло. Опитаха се да ми дадат малка двойна стая, не по-голяма от 12 кв.м. В крайна сметка ни настаниха в нещо, което нарекоха двойна супериорна стая, с две единични легла и два фотьойла с масичка, малко по-голяма, но не това, за което бях платила. За седем нощувки нито веднъж не ни смениха чаршафите. Ако поставиш табелката на вратата, сменят хавлиите и изхвърлят боклука, но без да чистят изобщо. Под леглото открихме мръсно дамско бельо от предишни гости и много прах. Леглата са сравнително удобни, но не и възглавниците, които са прекалено меки и тънки. Никъде не е указано, че градската такса не е включена в цената. Хотелът не заслужава четири звезди.
