Practical hotel for everyday business
Pros:

Position, convenience, soundproofing is great, nice toilet with satined glass wall, very comfortable and reclining bed.

Cons:

Booking was tricky this time, confirmed a booking and only in final confirmation page specified in small fontd that the choice of twin or double bed was up to the hotel management according to availability. No transparency at all from booking.

There were water stains in the bathroom near the toilet bowl. Checked after housekeeping, stains still there.

Most Convenient Hotel in Singapore for MRT Users
Pros:

Hotel and room was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. If you plan to use the MRT a lot this hotel might be the most convenient, as Novena station is directly underneath the hotel and is accessible using the hotel's lift. There's a lot of other conveniences as well, such as the hotel being connected to a mall next door and the fact that there's a Don Don Donki at the same floor as Novena station. You literally could take the MRT straight from HarbourFront if you came by Aeroline or you could take the MRT straight from Changi if you came by flight.

Cons:

Walls are a bit thin, not super sound proof and there's no bidet in the toilet. But not that big of a deal considering the other conveniences.
