Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely comfortable hotel in a really good location for museums and galleries. The staff were all lovely but in particular a shout out to Patrick who was on duty for most our stay. He was so friendly and kind and played a big part in us having such a good time. Thank you Patrick.

Cons:

Hijyen iyi değildi odada mobilyaların üstü baya tozluydu, diş fırçası diş macunu gibi ekstra şeyler konmamıştı. Ayrıca üst odamızda kalan kişilerin yürüme seslerinden asla uyuyamadık. Aşırı ses geliyor. Yataklar rahat değil, yastıklar aşırı yüksekti. 4 yıldız bir otele göre bence sınıfta kaldı.

Great rooms, staff and location
Pros:

1. Staff is very friendly
2. Rooms are clean and comfortable
3. Location is literally amazing

On our last day we even got a handwritten message together with a gift of waffles and a bottle of wine. Hospitality was great. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Amsterdam.

You can Bike or walk literally anywhere and reach you destination in 10 minutes. Very safe as well.

Comfortable stay in convenient location.
Pros:

Location was perfect, near all the major art museums and concert hall. On a very quiet street, yet convenient to places we wanted to be near. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cozy room in great location.
Pros:

Location is great, on a quiet street just around the corner from parks and shopping.

Good hotel but was better in the past. Look for other alternatives.
Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 times in the past and my rating had been 5/5. Unfortunately, this is the last time I stay here since my most recent experience was far from being great.

1) In the past the used to have a cozy lobby with a serve your self section with plenty of snacks and beverages. You consumed then you paid, which is normal in this type of hotels. Now you must pay first and then the lobby attendants open the locks for you.

2) Service at the lobby is poor. The two ladies in charge are far from being friendly.

3) Conditions of the family room were not as expected. Doors looked old. Room was noisy.

The area is fantastic but try searching a little bit more. There are plenty of options around.
