Great hotel in great location. Need to train the staff better
Pros:

Location and convenience

Cons:

The staff is clearly young and inexperienced. People fly in from all over the world at different times and it's pointless to declare your arrival time in advance if the hotel is understaffed. During check-in and during check out we had two separate incidents where the person on the desk was curt and the second time downright rude (for which they apologised later).

Agradável! Recomendo.
Pros:

A localização é excelente. Do lado do quarteirão dos Museus. Ótimos restaurantes ao redor.

Cons:

Não é um hotel dos mais baratos mas vale cada centavo se vc procura qualidade e boa localização
