Hôtel très sympa avec belles prestations
Pros:

L'hotel est bien situé, à 2 min de la plage à pied et on a pu garer notre voiture facilement dans les rues adjacentes. Gros plus pour : la terrasse vue mer (même si partielle), la salle de bain (belle déco et pression incroyable), la piscine (grande et très agréable) et pour le bon petit déjeuner 😀

Cons:

Notre demande de lit double n'a pas pu être exaucée, rapprocher les deux lits aurait suffit. Nous l'avons fait nous même du coup donc pas grave.

The best staff !
Pros:

The staff are the stars starting with Marta and the fabulous staff on the reception desk , The lovely man who smiles all the time and is so professional and the lovely new girl with long dark hair they were brilliant dealing so well with the multiple problems when a hotel has been newly refurbished and not yet finished .
David ,Nadia and Nuria the waiting team in the dining room always so willing to help.
The housekeepers had to get a mention. Olga and the little blond lady kept the rooms spotless.
They should all be given a pay rise as they keep the standard up and were all gems.!
I must say it was a great disappointment that the bar was not ready throughout our stay and that we had so many problems in our room but that is’nt the staffs fault it is the managements
for opening a hotel unfinished .

Para los precios que gastan , más flexibilidad y procurar el bienestar de los huéspedes
Pros:

Llevo muchos años visitando Guardamar y alojándome en este hotel . Han hecho reformas y en cierta medida ha mejorado pero hay puntos que todavía se pueden mejorar

Cons:

Pedimos hacer el check-in una hora antes con el compromiso de comer en la piscina y fueron inflexibles .El check in es a las 15 y de ahí no se mueven . Por otro lado las cortinas no corren con facilidad y las puertas del armario no se pueden abrir en su totalidad . La piscina tenía pelos y el agua estaba sucia . Arreglar los baños no es suficiente para mejorar la categoría . Para terminar ,camas de matrimonio pequeñas .Y si pides dos camas te las dan separadas entre sí.
