A relação custo-benefício foi muito abaixo do esperado. O valor cobrado não condiz com a qualidade.

Cons:

No momento da reserva, não havia nenhuma informação indicando que apenas hóspedes de determinada categoria teriam direito ao benefício do estacionamento. Se essa restrição estivesse claramente informada no ato da reserva, as expectativas teriam sido diferentes.

Outro ponto que chamou a atenção foi a falta de suporte da equipe em um momento de chuva. Precisamos carregar toda a bagagem até o carro debaixo de chuva, sem qualquer auxílio dos atendentes.

Além disso, o quarto não dispunha de secador de cabelo, um item básico que se espera encontrar em uma hospedagem dessa categoria.

Por fim, a lâmpada principal do quarto estava queimada. Foi necessário solicitar a troca duas vezes para que o problema fosse resolvido.

De forma geral, a relação custo-benefício deixou a desejar. Pelo valor pago, esperávamos uma experiência muito superior, tanto na estrutura quanto no atendimento.

O valor satisfatório.

Cons:

O atendimento do primeiro balconista foi muito insatisfatório. Não me cumprimentou, e agiu como se não me quisesse como hóspede.
Quanto ao pagamento, em nenhum momento foi indicado na Plataforma Booking que o pagamento não foi debitado do Cartão de Crédito, induzindo a erro, levando a crer em duplo pagamento, pois o Hotel exigiu o pagamento na chegada ao Hotel.
Deveria ser mais claro que está restrito o método de pagamento local e não pela Plataforma.
