Daira was a darling! Super accommodating and communicated very well with me for arrival. And arranged dinner for me the moment I arrived, showed me around and provided all the info I needed.

The property itself is beautiful! The jacuzzi is 100% a nice add on for winter season! I throughly enjoyed it! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

The dinner I had with them turned out to be one of my favorite. The steak was perfectly cooked and wine recommended by Daira was great. They also do very reasonable laundry service by per bag! Thanks for a nice stay. Will return

Pros:

Tranquilo y cómodo
Pros:

Lugar tranquilo, personal amable. Habitación cálida y amplia, con calefacción agradable. Zonas verdes

Cons:

Estuvo todo muy bien. Como mejora la ducha del hidromasaje no tenía agua caliente cuando la fuimos a usar y en la habitación no había tanta presión de agua y casi no abrimos el agua fría para bañarnos.

Colchão excepcionalmente confortável. Limpeza impecável. Banheiro excelente. Localização ótima para quem busca conhecer as vinícolas de Lujan de Cuyo. Melhor atendimento que já tive de funcionários em um hotel.

Pros:

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación del hotel es demasiado estratégica, especialmente para recorrer bodegas en Luján de Cuyo, ya que está cerca de muchísimas y facilita mucho la movilidad.

La atención fue realmente inmejorable. Mauricio y cada una de las personas del equipo nos hicieron sentir súper cómodas a mi amiga y a mi desde el primer momento. Siempre estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras consultas, pedidos y necesidades, con muchísima amabilidad y predisposición. Creo sinceramente que lo mejor del lugar es el servicio y la calidad humana de quienes trabajan allí.

Además, cada vez que pedíamos recomendaciones de bodegas, restaurantes o actividades, nos orientaban súper bien y con mucha paciencia. Eso hizo que disfrutáramos muchísimo más el viaje.

El lugar también es hermoso: mucho verde, muy tranquilo, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y bien equipadas, con todo lo necesario para la estadía.

Volveríamos sin duda.

Como punto de mejora quizás agregaría algunos pequeños detalles de modernización en ciertos espacios, pero honestamente nada que opaque la experiencia general, que fue excelente.
