overall positive experience. would stay again, but price for value a little high.

Location good, with isolated, peaceful place at lakefront, allowing only adults.

Cons:

breakfast was only adequate.
disappointing loud music playing at poolside for hours on Saturday undermined the peaceful sanctuary as was advertised.

Muy poco personal en areas comunes. Se peleaban entre ellos frente a los huespedes por la frustracion de no poder con todos los pedidos de restaurante..escuche q dijeron q ya se habia acabado todo en cocina q no sabian q iban a ofrecer.
Atascado de moscos y olor a caño en alberca...la alberca puerquisima? Niños en la alberca.
Aventaron cloro a la alberca cuando habia gente dentro.

La agitación un poco subía la alfombra suciedad por las ventanas y que no avía conexión con el Internet y que en la tienda no tienen variedad de articulos

El lugar es hermoso y cómodo.

Cons:

Los meseros no fueron muy atentos y amables con nuestros servicios. Se tardaron una hora y media para llevarnos una cerveza y un agua mineral. No había casi gente cuando las pedimos y aunque las pedimos nuevamente 3 veces más, hasta que fui a quejarme con el gerente, nos las dieron. La atención por parte de los meseros fue deficiente.

El hotel está lindo incluso nos dejaron nadar en la noche en la alberca.

Cons:

Que lo que pagas por el hotel solo es por la habitación, instalaciones como sauna, vapor etc..te lo.cobran. entonces, es mejor ir a las aguas termales en dónde incluye todo, porque al final en costos te sale más caro rentar las amenidades del hotel. Sauna. Etc

Unpleasant for what I paid for. I will not return to Chante or use booking.com to book.
Pros:

The hotel was empty and not full of tourists.

Cons:

First off, on booking.com, you can't get a hold of an agent in person to talk to and have to wait at least 45 minutes to get direct online. The hotel was in the ghetto part of Chante. The food at the restaurant is not that good. There are so many mosquitoes, it's not pleasant at all. The room is outdated. The only pleasure was the massage, and it was overpriced. Booking.com must do better to speak with its customers, especially when on vacation away from home.
