I visited during heatwave. The place is very comfortable with air-conditioning.
The front desk staff is super helpful.
The breakfast option is poor however. Mainly pastry. Not much option for protein.
The view is great. They did not allow me to take window seats even there's literally very empty when I walked in. I understand it may be reserved but they don't even try to check and see if I can dine in with shorter hours or what. Didn't manage to eat dinner there throughout 5 days stay.
The location. 15 mins walk to the Duomo. I didn’t think it far. there are many shops around to look see. There is no parking at the hotel. We had to park in a park house and got a discounted parking rate. There is space to park the car and offload the luggage before going to the park house.
The room- I was very surprised. there was a man when we were checking in who was complaining about the rooms and how they need upgrading. So, I was a bit worried what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. We asked for rooms close to each other and they delivered on that. I think one of the rooms was even upgraded. the rooms were in a small alcove and side by side with an extra door to close off and have even more privacy. the rooms were 809 and 810. The room 809 has a lovely view of the Duomo! the bed way nice and big! enough from for 2 people to have enough space. I would even say the rooms were big. there was a lot of space to comfortably move around. and free slippers!!
The bathroom had a high tub. this was a worry for me trying to get in and out as it was quite high so if you have any problems getting in and out of a bathtub, please note. But it was big, comfortable and with a bidet as well. The mirror comes with a heater to get rid of condensation on the mirror. Fancy!
The restaurant is on the top floor with a beautiful view. Just gorgeous. the dinner menu wasn’t full of options, and we did have to really think about what we wanted. the staff were just lovely. I needed some ice for my water bottle, and they happily supported me with it.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, überall. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthaktsraum. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gute Klimaanlage und schöne Zeitschriften.
Das Essen zu oberst war zu teuer. Vorspeise war sehr gehoben und ein Blickfang. Die Hauptspeise leider enttäuschend bei beiden. Wir haben beide verschiedene Hauptspeisen serviert bekommen und hat uns beide enttäuscht.
