Onvriendelijk personeel, totaal geen service, opdringerige piccolo’s, defecten op de kamer. Geen parkeerplek. Lift met pasjes, erg onhandig. Ontbijt wordt niet goed aangevuld, veel is op.

Kamer was niet schoon + kamer klopte niet vergelijken de advertentie op Booking. Bovendien was het niet lekker douchen aangezien er vieze vlekken in het meubilair zat.

Decent clean nothing exceptional

Room server, small and tight, not every room had coffee and tea facilities
No iron or ironing board
Had to request it every time and they would be done pushy and asking you to be returned immediately after use. The quality of the iron was poor. For a hotel of that size and expense, they should have the facility of ironing.
Parking was not available. Though it was not far it was not discounted.

Pros:

La propreté est d’un niveau très élevé. J’ai été très étonnée de la qualité des équipements, personnel souriant et sympathique, à 15min à pieds du centre, une vue imprenable sur la ville.

Pros:

çalışanlar yardımsever ve otel konforluydu. konumu yürüyerek duomoya 10 dk mesafede. Yakınlarında market ve yeme içme yerleri mevcut.

Cons:

3 kişi kalacağımız odadaki tek kişilik yatağı açmamışlar. Dolap içerisinden yorgan ve yastık bulup kendiniz açtık.

Cons:

В первую ночь проживания выяснилось что не работает кондиционер, около часа пытался объяснить работнику, который делал вид что все работает. За день до выселения выяснилось что у нас украли сумку женскую. Гостиница не как не отреагировала. Не советую !.
