Pros:

The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, kindly arranging an early check-in upon our request. Housekeeping was provided daily, maintaining a consistently clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money and benefits from a convenient location — within easy reach of the beach as well as a selection of affordable, authentic local restaurants in the surrounding area.

Cons:

However, one area that requires attention is the shower door, which did not close or seal properly, allowing water to escape onto the bathroom floor. We would recommend that this be inspected and either repaired or replaced, as it is a maintenance issue that could affect the experience of future guests.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko do lotniska oraz przystanku autobusowego. Pomocna i przemiła obsługa. Śniadania do wykupienia za 6 euro. Dostępne w pobliskim hotelu Arlino.
Ręczniki wymieniają raz na 3 dni.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja powinna przejść serwis. Przypuszczam, że nikt tego nie robił od kilku lat.

I would definely stay here again the next time I visit Rimini. Excellent.
Pros:

The Hotel is convenient for all the restaurants and bars in Rimini Miramare, The beach is just a 7 minute walk and the station at Miramare is also a similar 7 minute walk. The station serves inter city trains to Ancona, Bologna, Piacenza and Milan etc. The metro runs from here too serving between Rimini, Fiabilandia, San Marino and Rimini International Airport and Riccione.

What pleased me the most at this hotel is the friendliness of all the staff. The Rooms are very clean and are serviced very well. The receptionists Anna and Giulia are so friendly and instantly make you feel at home. Both lovely young ladies.

I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Team Rubens!

Cons:

There are no issues for me to report. My expections were met. Thank you. The rooms aren't soundproof so you may hear movement or noises from adjacent guests but I did notice that all guests staying there were respectful and considerate so it wasn't a problem.

Pros:

Struttura molto pulita, ottima posizione a 3' a piedi dal mare. Camera confortevole, ampio balcone. Qualita/prezzo eccellente. Anna e colleghi in reception tutti molto competenti e gentili. Grazie di tutto.

Generalnie polecam na krótsze pobyty jeśli szukasz hotelu na "nocowanie i przygotowanie do dnia"
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, niedaleko plaży, blisko lotniska i w okolicy ulic z wieloma knajpami czy minimarketami.
Pokoje czyste, z klimatyzacją, wygodne łóżka. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.
Dodatkowo niedaleko przystanek na Metromare - szybki trolejbus którym łatwo można się dostać do centrum Rimini lub bliżej lotniska z którego z małym bagażem (plecakiem) można spokojnie spacerkiem ok 20min dojść do hotelu

Cons:

Są 2 rzeczy do których mogę się doczepić:
- bardzo małe, wąskie prysznice w których ledwo można się obrócić a co dopiero komfortowo wziąć prysznic i swobodnie umyć
- suszarka do włosów, przy trybie większej mocy (max) niestety się szybko przegrzewała i sama wyłączała co było dość problematyczne dla posiadaczki długich włosów

peccato che bisogna andare in un altro hotel per farla.

Non c’è niente da migliorare l hotel è fatto così.
