Pros:

La struttura è molto vicina al mare. Ogni stanza ha un climatizzatore regolabile secondo la propria necessità. La colazione (presso altra struttura) è molto variegata per la categoria

Cons:

Questa struttura ricettiva presenta diverse criticità:
- le porte della doccia sono storte, le guarnizioni quindi sopra si toccano, sotto c'è una sfesa di 2cm... Quindi lavandoti allaghi il bagno.
- Il rilevatore di fumo ha il led coperto con il nastro isolante. Cosa che non credo sia a norma, perché non si può capire se il sensore sia funzionante o meno.
- Il telefono in camera non funziona. C'è un altro apparecchio nel corridoio comune del piano, anch'esso non funzionante (fili non collegati).
- Le pareti sono dipinte di colori diversi, evidentemente non apposta ma perché devono averle ridipinte con un colore "più o meno simile".
- il parcheggio tiene al massimo 5 vetture e bisogna farne richiesta una volta giunti sul posto, infatti il primo giorno abbiamo dovuto girare parecchio per trovarne uno libero per la strada.
- le camere non hanno un minimo di insonorizzazione e senti nitidamente i discorsi fatti nelle camere a fianco o in corridoio.
- le donne delle pulizie non capiscono bene l'italiano e spesso le puoi trovare sedute sulle scale a parlare o stare al cellulare. Il che non sarebbe un problema, se almeno le camere venissero pulite decentemente (cosa che non avveniva).
- la reception è chiusa dalle 22 alle 6, ma non c'è una serratura elettronica per fare entrare solamente i clienti dell'hotel... Ne consegue che la porta è aperta tutta la notte permettendo a chiunque di entrare e arrivare fino alla porta della tua stanza, anch'essa sprovvista di serratura elettronica, ma avente solo una semplice chiave.
- ho fatto richiesta di tappi per le orecchie, non li avevano. Ho fatto richiesta di un cuscino per la cervicale o comunque leggermente più duro, non ne avevano.
