Pros:

Free upgrade was very much appreciated. Very close to Parafield airport where I was based for work. Lots of options for dinner and breakfast including kitchenette.

Cons:

Road noise was substantial in the main bedroom of room 209 (I think).

Convenient place to stay for a couple of days
Pros:

The room was good - comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, comfy couch etc.
Reception were very friendly and accommodating of our needs.
Loved the little Italian restaurant next door.

Cons:

The bathrooms need an update - ditch the bath and put in a decent shower space instead. Stepping into a bath to shower is pretty old school and as the plumbing at the hotel needs updating anyway it would be a good time to bring the hotel up to date.
The off-site, private but insecure carpark was a surprise. The $20 a day fee for this is exhorbitant. Make it free and be upfront about the location and situation for future travellers. This would put me off staying there again, and I definitely wouldn't be using it if travelling alone.

Great hotel for business trip quite, clean and great location
Pros:

A great stay and in a wonderful location would highly recommend this hotel and our company will be staying there again in the future.

For the price I thought it was disappointing for a Quest motel
Pros:

Size of the room was good

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable. Furnishings basic. No sugar supplied. Swipe card didn’t work initially. No parking.
