Frühstück war gut

Das angebotene "Familien Zimmer" im Hotel Spa beträgt 21 m2, wo 4 Betten und 1 Sofa rein gequatscht wurden. Im Zimmer hatte man für 5 Personen 1 kleinen Stuhl und 1 Tisch wo ausser 4 Gläser nichts mehr gepasst hat. Ich spreche nicht über fehlende Platz für Gepäck. Im Gefängnis beträgt Standart von 9 m2 pro Person. Hier mussten 5 Erwachsene auf 4,2 m2 woll fühlen. Fernbedienung für Klimaanlage haben wir erst am nächsten Tag erhalten. Im Zimmer war unverträglich warm (Dachgeschoss).
Nach Ansehen vom diesen Zimmer bei Einreise wollten wir das Zimmer sofort auf 2 Doppelzimmer tauschen.
Das "Familien Zimmer" hat doppelt soviel als 2 einzelne Doppelzimmer gekostet. Am Rezeption wurde uns unfreundlich geteilt dass eine große Gruppe am nächsten Tag erwartet wird. Trotzdem den Tausch auf 2 Doppelzimmer möglich war, jedoch gegen vollen Aufpreis für beide Zimmern.
Die erwartete Gruppe bestand aus 100 Schulkindern die unglaublichen Lärm bis 23 Uhr und früh morgen ab 6 Uhr verursacht haben. Wir wurden weder von Einreise noch bei Check-in gewarnt dass Kinder einreisen sollten und von Kindern hoch wahrscheinliche Lärm im Hotel vorgesehen und erwartet ist.
Die Managerin vom Hotel ist nicht auf unserer Beschwerden entgegen gekommen.
Booking com trägt auch Verantwortung für angebotene Zimmern.

Bardzo czysto, szeroki wybór dań na śniadanie, włącznie z ciastami, owocami. Śniadanie 10/10. Bardzo uprzejmy personel. Recepcja całodobowa.

Cons:

Parking dodatkowo płatny , informacja jest podana w szczegółach obiektu. Jak ktoś ma większe auto to trochę gimnastyki ponieważ parking jest bardzo ciasny . Jak ktoś szuka bardzo wygodnego łóżka to raczej typu małżeńskiego , pojedyncze łóżka są raczej wąskie, ale materace wygodne.
