Interessanter Städtekurztrip.
Pros:

Direkte Lage am canale grande.
Gemütlicher kleiner Garten mit Sitzplätzen im Außenbereich.
Kleines Frühstücksbuffet, aber alles vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Kabel an beiden Nachttischlampen waren defekt/geknickt.
Vorhänge waren verschmutzt und die Fenster einschließlich Rahmen waren nicht geputzt.
Zimmermobiliar mit Ausnahme des Betts in die Jahre gekommen.

Очень атмосферный отель с прекрасной локацией — все основные достопримечательности Венеции находятся буквально в шаговой доступности. Отдельно хочется отметить приветливый и вежливый персонал, который всегда был готов помочь.

Особую атмосферу создают старинная мебель, интерьер и картины — благодаря этому действительно ощущается дух настоящей Венеции. Также нам очень понравился уютный внутренний дворик при отеле — мы с мужем с удовольствием пили там кофе по утрам и вечерам

Cons:

Из минусов могу отметить достаточно однообразные и скромные завтраки. Также в номер не предоставляется вода для гостей, что для отеля такого уровня было немного неожиданно. И ещё присутствует выраженный запах старинной мебели, который может быть комфортен не всем гостям

Pros:

Hotel is located in good location, just next to Ca' d'Oro pier (public boat stop) and has its own pier for taxi boat. The room is spacious but I expect some more amenities such as electric kettle or coffee maker. In addition, I need more light in the room. The breakfast is pleasurable.

Our stay was good, breakefast was disapointing especially for someone staying muliple nights

Location, was the best point, easy access to Vaporetto, easy walking access to all attractions.

Cons:

Hotel may have been 4 star when it opened, but has not been well maintained. Some of the light switches in our Suite were broken, one beside lamp was missing the other had a broken plug exposing the wiring. There was only one outlet in the room to charge anything and it was in the Bathroom, tried to use one of the table lamp outlets but it was so worn the adapter kept falling out. AC was only controllable by calling the Front Desk. No draws for clothes except in the bedside table, very few hangers in the closet.

Malheureusement, ce fut une véritable déception.

J'avais réservé deux chambres : une Double Supérieure et une Suite Junior.

La première chambre était totalement inadaptée à la catégorie choisie. Malgré ma demande d'une chambre lumineuse, elle était sombre et sinistre. L'obscurité y était totale, avec de petites fenêtres placées si haut que je devais monter sur une chaise pour apercevoir à peine le toit de l'immeuble d'en face. Toutes les poignées de ces petites fenêtres, qui semblaient plus à leur place dans une cellule de prison que dans un hôtel quatre étoiles, se sont détachées au moindre contact. De plus, pour accéder au dernier étage, il fallait monter les escaliers, et aucun porteur n'était là pour m'aider avec mes bagages ! Incroyable !

La table était tachée, la porte arrière du réfrigérateur était tombée et le moteur était brûlant. La jeune femme qui m'a accueillie, au lieu de s'excuser, a été impolie avec mon amie italienne, qui demandait à changer de chambre. Heureusement, ses collègues, de service le lendemain, se sont montrés plus polis et serviables. Je peux affirmer que je ne remettrai jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel ! Et je ne le recommande à personne !

Posizione eccezionale per visitare la città. Tutto a pochi passi di distanza

Cons:

Camera un pó piccolina. Per un 4 stelle, mi sarei aspettato qualche amenities in più: bollitore, pantofole, frigo bar fornito e non vuoto. Poca cosa, ma avrebbe aiutato ad avere un soggiorno più comodo. Supplisce comunque gentilezza e disponibilità del personale che apre il bar sempre e con gentilezza.
