Precis vid kanel, nära stationen för att kunna ta båten till olika stationer vilket var extremt smidigt! Tyvärr gick vi inte ett trevligt rum. Vi bokade detta hotell specifikt för att få utsikt mot kanalen. Men gick ett rum uppe på vinden utan fönster och snedtak så lågt i taken som vi fick huka oss… inte alls nöjd med tanken på priset vi betalade och med förväntan att få se kanalen från fönstret. Personalen på plats var trevlga.

Prostrana soba sa velikim udobnim bračnim krevetom. Prekrasan namjestaj i veliki luster. Velika kupaonica. Sve čisto. Ljubazno osoblje uvijek na raspolaganju. Hotel je prekrasno uređen. Ostati će nam u sjećanju na lijepi provod u Veneciji i na proslavu 25. godina našeg vjenčanja.

Great location, but disappointing service and an unpleasant check-in experience.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Venice

Cons:

We were initially given a smaller room than the one we had booked and paid for. We had to argue with the reception staff before we were eventually given the correct room. The receptionist was rude and showed very little consideration, which made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.

When we reached there to check in, the girl who was the receptionist refused to let us check in because we had a 14-year-old son with us. She said to shift him to another hotel. He couldn't stay here. Then there was another hotel next to it. We went there and checked in. We stayed in that hotel. We couldn't stay in that hotel. The behavior of the receptionist was extremely rude and very bad, even insulting. So I left that hotel and stayed in the next hotel,

Unfortunately, my stay at Pesaro Palace in Venice was very disappointing.

The biggest issue was the service. A staff member named Nadia was extremely rude and made the experience even more unpleasant. Hospitality matters, especially at a hotel in a city like Venice, and the way we were spoken to was unacceptable.

We were told that checkout was at 11:00 AM. At approximately 10:55 AM, while we were still in the room and had not yet checked out, housekeeping opened our door to begin cleaning without even knocking. There were still five minutes remaining before checkout, but more importantly, hotel staff should never enter an occupied guest room without knocking and giving the guests an opportunity to respond.

The condition of the room was also disappointing. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the room did not feel clean. There were visible stains on both the curtains and the sofa, which is not what you expect when paying to stay at a hotel of this caliber.

Venice is an incredible city, but unfortunately Pesaro Palace did not live up to expectations. Between the rude service, lack of privacy before checkout, non-functioning AC, and cleanliness issues, I would not stay here again unless there are significant improvements in both customer service and room maintenance.
