Parkirni prostor, (ki se sicer doplača 10e), prijazen gospod na recepciji. Dobra lokacija, 10 min peš do Vitosha boulevard.
I was happy with the room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had recently been renovated. The location is perfect, close to the city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. During my stay, I had a few hours where I didn't have electricity. Within two hours the technical problem was fixed, which was much appreciated.
The room was not entirely clean. The carpet was stained and there was some water damage on the walls. I think they are in the process of renovating, which is a good decision!

Svetoslav, the front desk staff was exceptional. Very polite, attentive, friendly, gives detailed directions with buses /walking to where you want to go.Great customer service.He even helped me bringing my big luggages to the room.
Hotel is convenion close to Metro and Bus stops.Sofia Mall is 5 min walk.
I even walk to the Central Bank - 15 min.Also nice 30 min walk to the Central Railway/Bus Station, 30 min walk to NDK/ Vitoshka.
It's a nice park next to the hotel and 2 Ekont offices 5-10 min walk.I took my lugages to ship to my next destination.
I will definitely stay again here next time I visit Sofia.
