No hot water is insane for a hotel
Pros:

Close to the center, cheaper but there is a catch.

Cons:

When we arrived to the hotel, there was no hot water. The receptioner said there wont be any hot water. I came from a big trip and i couldnt take a shower. The hotel has no hot water at all which is insane.

Cons:

Грязь! Везде! В углах на полу. Шторы. Напольное покрытие по всей гостинице. Ванная комната вообще ужас. Шумоизоляция напрочь отсутствует.

Great location but in need of cleaning and renovation
Pros:

We were in the family flat which was quite spacious. The location is central but quiet. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The floor was covered in a very old and dirty carpet, with holes and stains. The curtains were also dirty and out of place. The furnitute was old and worn out.

Lokacija odlicna. Dorucak korektan, bilo je svega dovoljno, dopunjavali su tanjire, ... Kreveti ogromni i preudobni, jastuk tako udoban, da sam imala zelju da ga ponesem kuci 🤣
