The pillows were flat and we had ants in our bathroom and all we got was i am sorry you experienced that and it may have to do with the weather

Room was not clean, smelt funny, bed too soft, no where convenient to plug in kettle, no complimentary water, table sticky, staff did not feel welcoming, room not the same as in photos online (online looked renovated), place just looked run down. Disappointed as we paid a premium price compared to other motels expecting a modern clean room as shown on Bookings. Very disappointed.

Hair-dryer didn't work, 1 spoon, 1 coffee mug and 1 small cup. Bed average.
The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were great. Two pools. The indoor pool was heated. Sauna, Gym, mini golf, pool table and table tennis. 10 minute walk to town. Will stay again.
if you are a light sleeper there was traffic noise heard in the room as it was facing the road.

The light is quite dull and also need better pillows as very flat and uncomfortable
Shower ran hot to cold continuously. Almost impossible to use.
The room given was already occupied so another room had to be allocated.
Where the car was parked was a trailer with rubbish in it which smelled.
It was convenient as we were attending a conference at the venue. It was very affordable and appropriately priced for the quality. Sheets and towels were clean and bed and pillows were comfy (tho bed coverings were inadequate and required heater to be on all night). Staff friendly and no-nonsense and very quick check in
My room was “roadside motel” quality. Very dated fittings, walls showing rising damp damage, sticky surfaces, cutlery consisted of 5 spoons and 4 knives (no forks to eat takeaway), paint and trims chipped and scratched etc
Old, tired, noisy, poor internet. Bed comfortable, shower ok. Wouldn’t stay here again
