Mooie locatie, gezellig restaurant , goed ontbijt
Extra betaling voor parkeren. Slechte communicatie met veel medewerkers in het restaurant.
Vriendelijk personeel, helaas geen airco het was buiten over de 30 graden!! gelukkig wel een ventilatortje op de kamer
Het ontbijt was matig. om 9.00 was er al veel op en werd het niet aangevuld. 1 koffiemachine op zoveel mensen is echt te weinig. Lange rijen voor de automaat

Prima locatie nabij het prachtige duingebied. Fietsenstalling.
Geen camera's op betaalde parkeerplaats. Daardoor geen kans aldaar stukgereden fietsdragerlicht te verhalen.
Geen ventilator oid op zeer warme zolderkamer. Ook geen afzuigventilator in badkamer. Zolderkamers alleen geschikt om te slapen ivm dakramen/geen uitzicht. Door schuiven dak zeer beperkte bewegingsruimte.

De ligging van het hotel vlakbij de duinen en dorp, het was erg schoon en wij hadden een deluxe kamer die erg ruim was en prima bedden. Ontbijt was prima
Niet is een groot woord. Het hotel was wat gedateerd qua incheck proces, nog handmatig formulieren invullen. Het personeel zou iets klantgerichter kunnen zijn qua benadering. Het is vrij gehorig.

We misten eigenlijk een koelkastje in de kamer
It was close to where i needed to be, and the pool was nice.
The room was extremely hot and smelled slightly mildewy. Everything at the breakfast was straight from the freezer (soggy cake, rubbery pancakes).
There was no information in the room about breakfast times, wifi, or anything else pertaining to the specific hotel, just a lot of advertisement for the Fletcher chain. Had to dig deep on the hotel website to figure out the breakfast times.

Kamers eenvoudig . Vaste vloerbedekking achterhaald en zag er slecht uit. Geen voorzieningen op gebied van hygiëne. Papieren bekers ipv aardewerk kopjes kan niet. Personeel niets op aan te merken
Betalen voor parkeerplaats op eigen terrein vind ik erg klantonvriendelijk of liever gezegd ongepast. Bovendien zeer kleine plekken.
