We will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Mendoza.
Pros:

The reception staff, as well as the restaurant are all extremely friendly and helpful.
Especially Rodrigo and Nicolas at the reception.

Pros:

TUDO ! Funcionário Hiper simpáticos(sempre alegres e sorridentes ) muito prestativos, em especial Carola da cozinha (noite), recepção Nicolas, Fabiano e Rodrigo . Super solícitos inclusive dando dicas de passeios, sentimos muito a vontade , mesmo falando idioma diferente eles tentavam o tempo todo nos agradar com muita paciência , e nós deixavam a vontade .Adoramos a estadia, e votaríamos com certeza .

Pros:

L'hotel est tres bien situé dans la ville et on peut facilement sortir a pied. Il dispose de son propre parking sécurisé.
Le personnel d'accueil a été super.

La ubicación es excelente si quieres salir caminando a conocer la ciudad.
El personal muy amable.
Tiene estacionamiento.
La limpieza adecuada.

Desayuno demasiado simple para el precio del hotel.
Sistema de acceso a las habitaciones (llave normal).
Instalaciones un tanto livianas, al menos en el sector que estuve (estructura paneles).
