Enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Extrem teuer für die gebotenen Leistungen.

+ Gepflegtes Gebäude
+ Viel Stauraum / viele Kästen im Zimmer
+ Handtücher+Saunatücher für den SPA-Bereich werden ohne Aufpreis verliehen
+ Schöner Saunabereich

Cons:

- Frühstück+Abendessen: Qualität der Speisen hat für uns geschmeckt wie vom Diskonter, Auswahl minimalistisch
- Einmal wurde „vergessen“ unser Zimmer zu reinigen, frische Handtücher mussten wir uns selbst von der Rezeption holen
- Die benutzten Trinkgläser und Kaffeehäferl am Zimmer wurden nie getauscht, sind 3 Tage lang dreckig stehen geblieben
- Am Zimmer gibt es selbst abgefülltes (gefiltertes?) Wasser, das teuer als Minibar-Kosten verrechnet wird
- SPA/Pools: ein kleiner Pool war dauerhaft geschlossen, unter der Woche war der große Pool bei der Eventsauna auch auf einmal geschlossen (das heißt er war in der Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen), Whirlpool auf der Terrasse könnte sauberer sein
- Kommunikation im Hotel sehr minimalistisch, Informationen zu den Abläufen im Hotel und im SPA nicht automatisch beim Check-in erhalten
- Personal ging für uns gerade mal als höflich durch, willkommen haben wir uns nicht gefühlt

Pros:

Szép környezet, kedves kiszolgálás, finom ételek. Thai masszázs nagyon tetszett a kislányunknak!

Cons:

Apróságok, piperecuccok nem voltak mindenkinek, ferde volt a toilett 😎 Tényleg apróságok, de kérdezték, válaszoltam.
Szúnyogháló lehet praktikus lenne.
