Pros:

Cet hébergement peut sembler loin, mais il est très accessible en métro et le métro de Milan est facile à utiliser. Nous avons surtout choisi cet hébergement pour le prix, car la taxe d'hébergement nous semblait beaucoup plus raisonnable que bien des hôtels dans le secteur. Le service de réception 24/7 était apprécié, car nous avons pu devancer notre check-out sans préavis.

Cons:

C'est vrai que le bruit des trains dérange parfois, et la propreté n'était pas idéale, surtout sur la moquette près des lits. Cependant, nous sommes quand même satisfaits, car le prix était très bon pour Milan, alors il n'y a rien eu hors de nos attentes.

Cons:

The hotel description states that there is air conditioning, but in reality the room only had a regular fan. This is misleading, especially during hot weather.

It is also worth noting that the hotel is located very close to the railway station. If your windows face the tracks, it is unlikely that you will get a good night's sleep because of the noise from the trains.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt ordentlich und sauber. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns, dass man trotz der Lage direkt an den Bahngleisen bei geschlossenen Fenstern praktisch nichts gehört hat. Dadurch war es angenehm ruhig und man konnte gut entspannen. Das Personal war außerdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war es eine gute und gepflegte Unterkunft.

Cons:

Was uns weniger gefallen hat, war die fehlende Klimaanlage, wodurch es in der Unterkunft zeitweise recht warm wurde. Außerdem war die Parkplatzsituation etwas schwierig und es war nicht einfach, einen passenden Parkplatz zu finden.

Una mierda cerca del metro
Pros:

La ubicación, la cama era cómoda.

Cons:

Está muy desgastado, puerta con puñetazos, puertas y cajones de la cocina que faltan, parece qué se van a caer, cortinas que se caen, persianas que faltan o no cierran,...por no hablar del aire acondicionado que no funciona y de la recepcionista que te miente diciendo que no pueden encenderlo porque hel Gobierno no las permite por una ley ambiental,.....

En fin en mitad de una ola de calor, a las de 33 grados, sin poder dormir, éramos 14 personas en 4 apartamentos,... después de dos días pelet me dicen que tengo que poner una queja en Booking, de la cual no he recibido respuesta alguna,.. me dieron unos ventiladores cutres, que no se tenían en pie,...

Pros:

Mooie locatie met goede parkeerplaatsen. Dichtbij tram en metro. Veel goede restaurants op loopafstand. Uitstekend als uitvalsbasis om Milaan te bezoeken.

Cons:

De airco was net hersteld, maar helaas, met deze hete dagen werd de kamer niet echt koel. Verder geen klachten.

Bardzo miły personel, mogliśmy zostawić walizki na parę godzin bez problemu, cicha okolica, czysty pokój i wygodne łóżko. Blisko metra i sklepu.

Cons:

Obiekt ma już swoje lata, co widać. Przydałoby się odnowienie wnętrza. Na dłuższy pobyt niekoniecznie ale noc/dwie OK.

io, la mia mamma e la mia zia (non più giovanissime) ci siamo trovate veramente bene, le ragazze alla reception gentilissime, l' appartamento andava benissimo per le nostre esigenze, il verde intorno, inaspettato, è stata una bella scoperta per noi che non siamo cittadine, la posizione perfetta, metrò decisamente vicino, la possibilità di farsi un caffè al mattino indispensabile così come il servizio deposito bagagli è stato per noi importantissimo dato che abbiamo potuto goderci ancora a pieno la giornata a Milano tra mostre e passeggi senza il fastidioso ingombro delle valigie. torneremo sicuramente

Tout personnel était très agréable !
Bien que l'hôtel soit à côté des voies ferrées , on n'entend presque aucun bruit grâce aux doubles vitrages.
