Le séjour s'est bien passé car la ville est très sympathique, mais l'hôtel est mal entretenu.
Pros:

L'hôtel est en pleins centre-ville ce qui est appréciable pour s'y balader autant que l'on veut et le personnel est agréable.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas un vrai 5 étoiles, la chambre et le balcon n'étaient pas propre. Le petit déjeuner était un peu cher pour ce qui a été proposé le matin où nous l'avons pris et des vitres étaient cassées à différents endroits des parties communes. Au moment de régler la taxe de séjour et les petits déjeuners, nous nous rendons compte qu'il nous a été facturé deux matinées de petit déjeuner alors que nous n'avons été qu'une seule fois. Pour l'instant, nous attendons le remboursement.

Pros:

Le style art déco exceptionnel, des espaces enchanteurs d’un autre temps. Un lux authentique et vrai. Les lustres en verre de Murano.
Un accueil présent à tous moments.
Emplacement au cœur du centre historique et le parking à proximité immédiate.

Charming accommodations, friendly, helpful staff that’s close to everything.
Pros:

Central to everything and walkable to Brixia and other museums even in 95F/35C heat, close to a metro stop, close to a number of beautiful squares and churches. Staff was extremely helpful with questions and then immediately responsive to a small issue with our room.
