Pros:

Optimale Lage im Zentrum. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkhaus in der Nähe-Rabatte ab 3 gebuchten Nächten. Haus sehr sauber. Komfort ausreichend. Ideal für Stadtbesichtigung!

Un bel hôtel art déco au coeur des places de Brescia
Pros:

L'hôtel Vittoria est un bel hôtel art déco situé au cœur des 3 places principales de Brescia. De notre chambre nous avions vue sur le dôme de la cathédrale. Très grand lit (probablement king size). Les lampes sont vraiment des œuvres d'art (un oiseau en verre sur l'une). La chambre est de bonne taille sans plus (le lit en prend une grande partie). La salle de douche est entièrement plaquée de pierre jusqu'à plus de 2 mètres, du bel ouvrage. L'ensemble fait un peu vintage voir rétro, mais nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous étions au 4ème étage et c'était un plaisir de descendre le très grand escalier décoré avec des œuvres modernes provenant des événements d'art contemporains locaux. L’ascenseur est lui plutôt petit. Le hall est majestueux.

Cons:

Un souffle de ventilation la nuit. Le détecteur incendie qui clignote. Un service de petit-déjeune un peu revêche.

Fantástica, cómoda y con una excelente antención por parte de todo el personal
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable, a unos cuantos pasos del centro, a unos cuantos pasos del metro. La limpieza exceptional. Las habitaciones amplias, con un baño muy amplio. El desayuno es bueno, completo, de buana calidad, sin ser excepcional. Lo que es más importante fue la excelente atención del personal tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante, sobre todo la persona que preparaba y servía el café, una señorita joven muy atenta y veloz en la atención.

Cons:

Lo único que no fue de mi agrado, fue la conexión a internet. Funcionaba intermitentemente. Considero que deberían hacer mejoras.

Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. the location was great and the hotel has an elegant appearance in the lobby, especially because of the staircase.

Cons:

The mattress was like a board and every motion made by one person was felt by the other. Both the window and the door allowed sound to pass through unimpeded. The room was too warm and couldn't find the thermostat. There was only a bedsheet and no blanket of any kind. In short, it failed at the most important task a hotel has - to provide a restful environment conducive to sound sleep. Also, the reading lamps on the night stands lit up the room like noontime in the Sahara so it wasn't realistic for one person to read while the other slept.

Le petit déjeuner était décevant. une seule personne au service c'est trop peu surtout si on doit faire ls cafés.
Le buffet était un peu faible, il n'y avait pas de tranches de pain et donc encore moins des pains différents.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole in un hotel storico nel cuore di Brescia

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Vittoria di Brescia e sono rimasto davvero molto soddisfatto.

È un **hotel storico della città di Brescia**, e questo si percepisce anche dagli arredi e dai mobili d’epoca, che personalmente considero parte del fascino e della storia della struttura. Non bisogna aspettarsi un hotel moderno e minimalista: qui si respira la storia, ed è proprio questo uno degli aspetti caratteristici dell’hotel.

La posizione è **comodissima**, vicina al centro della città e alla fermata della metropolitana, quindi perfetta per muoversi facilmente a Brescia.

Una menzione speciale va allo **staff**, che ho trovato davvero gentile, disponibile e collaborativo. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la prontezza e la disponibilità di una ragazza dello staff, che si è dimostrata molto collaborativa e attenta alle mie esigenze. È un gesto che ho notato e che non dimentico.

La **camera era molto pulita e profumata**, e per me questo è uno degli aspetti più importanti quando soggiorno in un hotel. Ho dormito davvero benissimo e mi sono sentito a mio agio.

Anche la **colazione è stata ottima e molto soddisfacente**, con una buona scelta per iniziare bene la giornata.

Molto positivo anche il **Wi-Fi**, davvero veloce e affidabile.

Per me, al di là dell’età degli arredi, la cosa fondamentale è trovare una struttura **pulita, curata e accogliente**, e all’Hotel Vittoria ho trovato proprio questo. La pulizia e il buon profumo della camera sono stati sicuramente tra gli aspetti che ho apprezzato maggiormente.

Se in futuro tornerò a Brescia, **soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo all’Hotel Vittoria**.

Extremely disappointing and absolutely not 5-star service. We booked 6 rooms and spent over €5,000 on our stay. Money went missing from two purses, yet reception barely reacted and there was no proper investigation or follow-up. A bracelet left behind was also found by the cleaner only after we repeatedly followed up ourselves. On top of that, unclear extra charges were added for the toddler bed.

Poor service, poor communication, and very poor handling of serious issues. Definitely not worth the money.

Buon soggiorno di lavoro, con alcuni aspetti da migliorare.
Pros:

Struttura situata in pieno centro, vicino ala fermata Vittoria della metro cittadina. Ottima pulizia e letto comodo. Staff molto disponibile e servizio di custodia bagagli incluso.

Cons:

Diversi aspetti, se paragonati a strutture simili, non hanno soddisfatto le aspettative. .
Colazione molto buona ma con poca scelta. Problemi con la rete WiFi della struttura. Alcuni problemi con il funzionamento dei sanitari. Dispenser dei saponi da doccia non sempre riempiti. Mancanza di topper nel materasso e fodera con un piccolo strappo. Si tratta di problemi che non avrebbero influito negativamente nella valutazione di un hotel quattro stelle di periferia, ma che in un cinque stelle in pieno centro storico hanno il loro peso.

Encantador.
Pros:

Personal amabilísimo. Estuvimos dos noches. Cama extra grande, habitación silenciosa. Vistas al Duomo. Muy amplia.

Cons:

El armario un poco antiguo olía a madera vieja. No lo utilicé.
