Ein sehr schönes, klassisches und elegantes Hotel in perfekter, zentraler Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig. Enttäuschend war lediglich das aus Eipulver hergestellte, kalte Rührei - leider ungenießbar.

I would not call this a 5star. At best a 4atar, but that’s even pushing the limit a bit.

The way they handle the keys needs updating. It’s 2026. I didn’t like that they said out my room number when I checked in. You never who is listening behind. Especially when travelling solo as a girl. Also I had to tell them my room number every time I came back inside, for them to give me my key.

Prima Stadthotel in günstiger Lage
Pros:

Sehr günstige Lage im Fussgängerbereich. Zimmer hatte eine kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Duomo und die Altstadt!
Das "Albergo" stellte sich als Grandhotel in historischer Bausubstanz heraus.

Cons:

Lautstarker Streit unter dem Personal während des Frühstücks!

Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen.

Det var veldig gammel innredning på rommet og badet. Det bør oppgraderes. Synes ikke det stod til et 5 stjerners hotel.
