Pros:

Very polite staff extremely helpful in finding my son Snooker Cube. Very welcoming and always there in time of need

Myself and son loved every bit of it going back again soon what's not to like its perfect there

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, only one coffee machine working and then most options didnt work. Croissants are TINY, you need 3 to make up a normal size croissant. Apple juice so watered down it was just water. Cucumber looked old and dried out. Staff fet annoyed with people just asking basic questions. Had pizza for dinner which was disgusting. It was as if someone had poured a can of tomato paste on the base and drizzled a bit of cheese.

Considering the price, disappointing
Pros:

Location is great, and it was clean. No issues there at all. Check out was good.

Cons:

Price was extortionate.
Most of the channels on the tv didn’t work. Neither did Netflix etc
The “air con” was blowing warm air and wouldn’t go below 18. Staff said they would fix or provide a fan, but did neither.

Pros:

Location was great, the staff were exceptional, rooms sizeable and clean, good breakfast choices

Cons:

Cost we stayed for an event and as it was a busy weekend costs were ramped up but that’s the case everywhere

Nice, but expensive for what it is
Pros:

Great location - no more than a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Cons:

Booked a one night stay and considering the very high price, it did not represent value for money. While everything was generally at a good standard, it wasn't exceptional - I expected more for the price. Even lost cost items, such as toilet roll, clean towels and nice biscuits and coffee, we're in short supply.
