Pros:

Hotel was well located in the heart of the city. Staff were fabulous, friendly & helpful. Rooms were very clean; beds were comfortable; gym was great. Had breakfast during our stay & menu catered for all appetites.

Limpeza muito ruim, tudo cheio de pó, café da manhã extremamente básico, nem queijo tinha, e no check in deram um quarto errado, banheiro com pia e espelho baixíssimo. Um funcionário da recepção foi bem simpático, mas o restante não.

Very disappointing due to a bad nights sleep caused by air conditioning not working correctly
Cons:

We stayed at the hotel because my adult daughter was running in the Cardiff Half Marathon. We were in a room for 3. We were out in the evening, came back and went straight to bed as needed to have a good nights sleep and up early in the morning.
We ensured the air con was on the coldest setting and went to bed. We all had the most awful nights sleep, waking up sweating and feeling very uncomfortable as the air con couldn’t have been working correctly. I had to get out of bed and splash cold water on myself and spent most of the night in the chair. My partner and wife also confirmed that their sleep had been awful due to the room being so hot. This was all extremely disappointing as the reason we decided to stay in Cardiff was so my daughter could get a good nights sleep before the marathon the next day. To be honest, we would have been better off staying at home and travelling in the morning.
We paid £600 for one night and I would expect far better for the money. I told the receptionist the next morning and she said ‘ you should have told us in the night’.
This was not possible as we all had a disturbed night sleep but didn’t say anything to each other until the morning. My partner and I were concerned about our daughter being disturbed more on the basis that she had a race to run the next day.
We all said the next morning how awful we felt and my partner woke with a really bad headache.

Pros:

Ottimo hotel nel centro di Cardiff ed a 5 minuti dalla stazione. Letti comodi, stanza spaziosa, molto silenziosa, bagno nella media inglese. Essendo centrale è eccellente per visitare Cardiff senza dover ricorrere a bus o taxi

Cons:

Un pò lungo la fase di check-in, ma era in concomitanza con la mezza maratona di Cardiff e il numero delle persone era notevole

A very central located hotel with a great panoramic view
Pros:

Located directly on High Street an the train station. The room was very large and comfortable. It had a fantastic view on the railway embankment of the main station. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there was a psrking garage not far away.

Excellent location and a very good breakfast. Slept really well in good beds

Location and breakfast and room choice. Very comfortable beds as well.

Cons:

Was cold in room on arrival but sorted this ourselves. Shower head was very close to the wall so quite awkward standing in the bath under it.
