Pros:

Location was amazing staff friendly and breakfast lovely

Cons:

No parking i had to pay £30 to park my car the bed was comfy but to small and the air conditioning wasn't working when we got to our room but this was sorted.

Fantastic stay! Staff was incredibly welcoming! Room was lovely and bed very comfortable.

Lovely, short stay with friendly staff, comfy bed & clean room.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. A good choice at breakfast. Comfortable bed & nice room with a fridge. Chocolates & drinks provided in the fridge.

Cons:

Air conditioning stopped working on the morning of the second day. I reported it & someone attended later that day. However, I had managed to get it working again, after some hours. No decaf tea or coffee.

Hotel from hell
Pros:

We stayed at the Clayton in Cardiff, the three nights we stayed there, every night there were young adults coming home very late in the night ( 3am-4am), night staff and security were useless, so I had to call the police as we were being threatened with violence, police came but the security lied to the police about us as they didn’t want a bad name for the hotel as the security begged me not to phone the police . An absolute nightmare of a place, never staying there again it’s awful, rooms was a bit dirty to
