Good location, poor room which is not suitable for more than 1 person.

The location is very close to city centre

Cons:

We booked a room for 3 adults, we asked for a room with a fridge and this was not provided however a friend who booked seperate who did not require a fridge was given one. The room was way too small for 3 adults, the same size as a room for 1 just with a small bed pushed into the corner. We had barely any room to get ready with just a walk way in front of the beds

Overall okay property, clean rooms

Cons:

The staff were extremely rude when we arrived, unhelpful after telling us we could check in early over the phone as their website wasn’t working. We were greeted by a rude man at the desk who claimed no one told us we could check in early as it would have been himself that day managing the phone. However I had spoken to a lovely woman who said we could guaranteed be checked in from 1pm. We had an event to go to and missed a lot of it due to the fact of not being allowed to check in early!! Disgraceful attitude from the man at the desk if I’m honest, so despite the rooms being clean and an overall okay room, the whole stay was ruined because of this one employee. I’d recommend finding somewhere else to stay because of the staff and the fact there was correspondence sent out about nearby parking, yet it’s all closed at the moment. As a hotel, they should know this as I can imagine this can be a nightmare for anyone!
