Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The pool is large, clean, and very enjoyable.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless—honestly some of the cleanest we’ve experienced in the area, which made us feel very comfortable.

The food was also excellent. The buffet offered a great variety, and the Egyptian cuisine was especially delicious and full of authentic flavors.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

Cons:

The only downside for us was the beach. It is not a beachfront resort, so you need to take a golf cart or drive your own car to reach the beach. The golf carts are available all the time, so transportation is very convenient. The water is also very shallow, so it wasn’t ideal for swimming, which is something we personally enjoy. However, if you don’t mind shallow water and simply want to relax by the beach, it can still be a pleasant place to spend your time.

Pros:

I was upgraded to a suite upon check in and the room was beautiful. Very nice pool and beach, though the beach is a little far away (but you can always get a golf cart ride to and from the beach whenever you want). The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The manager, Mr. Yasser Ali, went above and beyond to help me. I appreciated it very much.
