The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The room is clean, the beach is really nice. The service at the beach is great.
The grill/barbecue at the open buffet was really nice.
Overall, the place is extremely convenient.
Beach might need to be cleaned more frequently, but this is a minor comment as a result of wind and crows throwing things

Lavori in piscina (con martello pneumatico) alle 10 del mattino fino a sera. Abbiamo riservato 3 camere e in due non c’erano le pantofole.

Eveeything. The water was extra charge. No drinks at the dinner. Food was very oily and caused diarrhea to all of the family. Too overrated and overpriced

The staff was so unfriendly. Food was so bad my stomach is so upset because of the quality. Everything we asked for is extra charge mind you it wasn’t anything over the board. I’ve got a cut in my hand from the room.

Suite molto ampia. Bello il tratto di mare. Personale cortese e disponibile, ma in pochi parlano inglese. Probabilmente è una struttura pensata per chi ama il golf, anche se durante il nostro soggiorno era affollata di famiglie locali con numerosi bambini.
Struttura isolata, circondata da compound residenziali. Al di là della spiaggia e del golf non è possibile fare altro, soprattutto alla sera. L’hotel è troppo lontano dalla spiaggia privata che è piccola, attrezzata male, trascurata e sovraffollata. Ristorazione di bassa qualità, monotona e inadatta alla clientela internazionale. Oltre alla ristorazione, anche servizi, arredi, manutenzione e pulizia sono lontani dagli standard di un cinque stelle. Inoltre, l’area è infestata da corvi e cornacchie molto aggressivi, sempre a caccia di cibo, della cui presenza nessuno sembra preoccuparsi.
