Classy with exceptional and friendly reception people
I couldn’t move in and live there!
Everything! The people couldn’t be more helpful. We had the best night sleep. So much to choose from for the breakfast.
We got there a bit earlier to drop bags off, but a room was ready (at 9:30) and we were able to check in early at no extra cost.

3rd stay, always been very good, this time a bit more of a mixed review. But staff friendly and helpful as usual, food very good.
Don’t know if it was just bad luck but a few negatives all at once this time: most of all having to ask to move rooms at 10pm on a Friday evening as we’d been placed directly under a thumping wedding reception on the floor above. Was sorted quickly but shouldn’t have happened. Also managed to inadvertently pull the whole fitting off the wall in a toilet cubicle gently pulling at the loo roll. Fitting was loose and just fell off. No milk in our room when we arrived, had to ask. Small things but they add up.

A few faults with room. TV sound would not operate. Door handle to window broken making it difficult to open and close. Breakfast was not 4star standard, scrambled eggs cold, bacon tough and overcooked. Expectations and cost for 4star hotel not met.
Restaurant food is great and overall the hotel is very nice
