When driving on Avenue de la Gare, turn to the right on the first junction onto Rue de Bonnevoie and keep left. In the first conjunction turn right onto Rue du Fort Neipperg. Continue +/- 164 feet on Rue du Fort Neipperg. The NOBILIS parking facility with direct access to the hotel is located on the right-hand side and offers a special rate for hotel guests.

Please note the hotel can pre-authorize your credit card for the amount of the reservation.

Dieses Hotel entspricht nicht den Standards der Radisson Gruppe
Cons:

wir haben von Sonntag auf Montag in Ihrem Hotel übernachtet und mussten leider feststellen, dass mehrere im Vorfeld zugesagte Leistungen nicht eingehalten wurden.

Bereits vor unserer Anreise hatte ich ausdrücklich um zusätzliche Kopfkissen gebeten. Diese Anfrage wurde mir von Ihrem Haus bestätigt. Als wir unser Zimmer bezogen, waren jedoch keine zusätzlichen Kopfkissen vorhanden. Auf meine Nachfrage an der Rezeption am Mittag wurde mir zugesichert, dass diese bis zu unserer Rückkehr am Abend auf dem Zimmer bereitliegen würden. Auch diese Zusage wurde nicht eingehalten. Stattdessen mussten wir die Kopfkissen schließlich selbst an der Rezeption abholen.

Noch ärgerlicher war die Situation bezüglich des Elektroparkplatzes. Auch hier hatte ich im Voraus angefragt und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ausreichend Ladeplätze vorhanden seien und dies kein Problem darstelle. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass zwar ein Ladeplatz frei war, das Laden aber nicht möglich war, weil lediglich zwei Token zur Verfügung standen und beide bereits vergeben waren. Für ein Hotel, das Lademöglichkeiten für Elektrofahrzeuge anbietet, ist das aus meiner Sicht völlig unzureichend. Ein freier Ladeplatz nützt nichts, wenn die notwendige Zugangsberechtigung nicht verfügbar ist.

Ich finde es sehr enttäuschend, dass gleich mehrere zugesagte Leistungen nicht erfüllt wurden. Gerade weil ich diese Punkte bewusst vor der Anreise abgeklärt habe, durfte ich davon ausgehen, dass Ihre Bestätigungen verlässlich sind. Stattdessen mussten wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts selbst um Lösungen kümmern und konnten unser Fahrzeug über Nacht nicht laden.
