Average breakfast, tidy but slightly outdated rooms.
Pros:

Everything was clean. The breakfast was nice, but nothing special. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

First, I was shown to a room that wasn't cleaned before; only then did I get a clean room. I heard similar stories from other people who stayed there. The interior was a bit outdated in general, like the carpet, which was worn out. The shower was in a bathtub, but the height was limited to 170cm or so. For this price, I expected more than a solid breakfast.

Es ist ein wirklich gutes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und bequemen Betten. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass beim Frühstücksbuffet trotz vieler Frühstücksgäste immer sofort aufgefüllt wurde, wenn etwas leer war. Man musste nie lange warten. Überhaupt war das Personal überaus nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das man beim Frühstück z.B. kein Spiegelei bestellen konnte.

Handige uitvalsbasis om Hamburg te verkennen vanwege ligging bij station. Uitstekend ontbijt en comfortabel bed.

Cons:

Beetje gedateerd, vooral inrichting gangen, maar dat is geen zwaarwegend punt.
