Pros:

Das ich nach meiner Reclamation in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen konnte und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und sehr appetitlich angerichtet war.

Cons:

Das der Fenstergriff zum Öffnen des Fensters ausgerissen war ,die Duschwand sehr mit Kalkablagerungen behaftet war und alles einen ungepflegten Eindruck machte .

Pros:

Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Der Spülkasten im Bad war defekt. Auf dem Teppich waren Flecken und Löcher.
Die Brötchen beim Frühstück waren sehr hart.
Das Personal bis auf wenige Ausnahmen im Frühstücksbereich nicht wirklich freundlich. Haben aufgrund der Bewertungen mehr erwartet.

Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel, Frühstück war sehr gut, Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Für den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage musste man bezahlen, das sollte man vielleicht dazuschreiben.

Great location 20 minutes by train from Hamburg central station. 10 minute walk from train station. Good sized quiet room. Good WiFi. Nice friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Located in a nice small town with plenty of nice walking close by.
