Elsker hotellet- vi har været der 3 gange nu- og kommer helt sikkert tilbage

Wundervoller Service. Besonders angetan waren davon, dass von Anfang an für 3 Personen alles auf dem Zimmer war. Selbst an einen Bademantel für unsere Tochter wurde gedacht.

Cons:

Leider darf auf den Balkonen geraucht werden. Das empfanden wir als Nichtraucher etwas störend, wenn der Qualm zu uns rüber zog.

Pros:

Teilweise renoviert. Leckeres Frühstück. Mitten in Garmisch-Partenkirchen gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal, vor allem in der Gastro.

Cons:

Dreckige Gardinen. Flure irgendwie optisch heruntergekommen. Badezimmer neu renoviert, aber alte von der Feuchtigkeit beschädigte Tür.

Horrible Service, beds and company
Pros:

Very shady company and hotel. Made a mistake on my booking (Through Agoda which you should avoid too!) and double booked for the exact same day because of the travel agency service. Within 5 minutes I tried to cancel and they wouldn't accept it and denied the refund. Horrible business and experience.
On top of that, the personnel at the hotel were very rude and short and not welcoming at all. Simply asking for water was responded with distain.
The beds are also like bricks and the pillows are super flat, even with two pillows it did nothing. Woke up with severe neck pain.
