الغرفة واسعة والافطار لا بأس به

الغرفة حارة جداً وخانقة كأنك في غرفة سونا ولم نستطع النوم وحتى الحمام حار وخانق وعندما حجزنا كان مذكور في الوصف انه يوجد تكييف لكننا تفاجئنا ان التكييف لا يعمل وعند الاتصال بالاستقبال رد علينا الموظف ان الفندق بأكمله لا يعمل فيه التكييف والموجود فقط مراوح لا فائدة منها ! تعمدنا نحجز فندق مع تكييف وتحملنا التكلفة العاليه للغرفة وبالمقابل لم يوفر الفندق هذا الميزة وهذا يعتبر تضليل وخداع وكان يجب تنبيه الناس بذلك قبل الحجز ! كذلك يوجد رائحة كريهة في الغرفة والاثاث (الكنبة) ممزق. وممرات الفندق ايضا قديمة ومظلمة وكئيبة وواضح عدم الاهتمام باستثاء منطقة الريسبشن. موظفين الفندق يعملون من غير نفس ويفتقرون الى اللباقة. يوجد حفريات امام الفندق وازعاج صباحاً. بشكل عام تجربة سيئة جدًا ولن اكررها

Pros:

Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war schön. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Das Bad war okay.

Cons:

Das Haus macht teilweise einen sehr vernachlässigten Eindruck. Vieles ist alt und kaputt. Die Stühle im Restaurant sind offensichtlich zerschlissen. Sie müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Holzoptik im Zimmer sieht auf den Bildern nett aus, ist aber leider aus Plastik. Der Kühlschrank kühlte nicht. Flure und Treppen waren nicht sauber, dort lagen alte Teppiche, die man dringend austauschen sollte. Das Check-in-Prozedere war sehr nervig. Wir wurden mit E-Mails und WhatsApp bombardiert. Man kann das auch ganz einfach an der Rezeption machen. Auch die Übersendung einer Rechnung per E-Mail funktionierte nicht. Vermutlich ist das Personal nicht richtig ausgebildet und deshalb überfordert. Aus unserer Sicht stimmt das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung nicht. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Pros:

Très beau complexe, avec parking, espace bien-être et restaurant. Très belle chambre avec balcon et une vue incroyable sur les montagnes. Proche du centre, qu'on peut rapidement rejoindre à pied. J'ai adoré !

Cons:

Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre...peut-être dû au fait qu'elle était située au-dessus de restaurant...
