Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Brühl
Pros:

Überdurchschnittlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksraum. Frühstücksbuffett mit Allem, was das Herz begehrt, liebevoll angerichtet.
Das Gepäck konnten wir nach dem auschecken problemlos bis spätabends stehen lassen, 24h Rezeption.
Es wurde uns auch angeboten, nach dem auschecken die Dusch- und Sanitärräume in der Sauna zu nutzen.
Sonst perfekte Lage neben einem Supermarkt und nur 100m zum Bus 985 Richtung Phantasialand.

Cons:

Nur minimales minus, der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, wurde gleich aufgenommen, aber wir waren sowieso zu müde, um noch zu gucken.

L'établissement et son emplacement.

Cons:

L entretien de la chambre n'est effectué que tous les trois jours.
J'ai été obligé, deux soirs de suite, d aller réclamer à la réception des serviettes propres et sèches.
A mon avis ne pas faire 1 réservation pour 3 jours mais 3 réservations d'un jour , quitte à changer de chambre tous les jours . Et ainsi le lit de fait, la salle de bains et les sanitaires de nettoyer.
Dommage que sous prétexte d'écologie on en arrive à un tel fonctionnement.
L hôtel pourtant est bien......mais je n'y retournerai pas.

Altes, renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel

Das Frühstück war gut. Man ist schnell in Köln und in ca. 1 Stunde auch in Holland.

Cons:

Vorhänge schmutzig und ein riesiges Loch war im Vorhang. Unter dem Kopfkissen war eine leere Packung Kinder Country. Ein toter Käfer lag am Fenster, Handtücher alle schmutzig und fleckig. An den Badwänden waren ebenfalls Flecken, wobei wir da nicht wissen wollen, was das für Flecken sind.
Es ist ein sehr renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel. Man sollte nicht empfindlich sein beim Aufenthalt. Vorhandene Parkplätze werden auch von Leuten benutzt, die keinen Aufenthalt im Hotel gebucht haben.

ein rundum toller Aufenthalt in ihrem Hotel.
Pros:

eigentlich alles, vom Service über die Einrichtung, Bett, Badezimmer, als auch das phantastische Frühstück, alles war optimal abgestimmt und eingerichtet. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

es gab, aber auch wirklich nix zu mäkeln!!!
