Goed, Aanrader
Pros:

Bedoeld als overnachting voor een dagje Phantasialand en daar voldeed het aan.
Geen op of aanmerkingen. Was gewoon goed en paste in het plaatje

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Alleen zachte kussens maar het is meer wat je zelf gewend bent. Ik persoonlijk heb liever een hard kussen

TOP Hotel in Top Lage
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir ein 2 Raum Appartement für 4 Personen bekommen hatten. Das Frühstück war sehr sehr zufriedenstellend. Da war für alle was dabei.

Cons:

Zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes war die Klimaanlage defekt. Dafür gab es jedoch eine Entschädigung in höhe von 20%.

Ein Glas und ein Löffel waren nicht gespült.

Goede locatie en ruime familiekamer
Pros:

Goede locatie, dichtbij Keulen en Phantasialand. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime badkamer en familiekamer. Goede bedden.

Cons:

Airco deed het niet. Ze hadden wel ventilatoren neergezet, maar bij 35 graden buiten, was dat niet te doen. Personeel kon ook niet aangeven wanneer het verholpen was (meerdere keren gevraagd). Tweede nacht was het buiten koeler, deuren/ramen open en ventileren, waardoor het acceptabel was.

Gut mit gravierenden Mängeln
Pros:

Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmergröße ist ausreichend, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut; viel Personal, hilfsbereit. Die Lage zum Öpnv ist ebenfalls o.k.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war in sehr schlechtem Zustand; die letzte Renovierung ist wohl Jahrzente her. ( Waschtisch löst sich so allmählich auf.) Die Klimaanlage war defekt, obwohl bei der Zimmerwahl ausgesucht.

Great Location & Friendly Staff — Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with a big shopping center just nearby, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and quiet, which made for a really restful stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to choose from.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely come back to this hotel next time we're in the area. Highly recommended!

L emplacement

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans tout l hôtel ,personne ne nous l à dit au moment du check in. C'est honteux à 35 degrés dans la chambre.
Du coup nous sommes partis et avons changer d hôtel.

Prima hotel voortreffelijk ontbijt, maar géén airco
Pros:

Hotel zit op 15 minuten rijden van Phantasialand, ideaal. De kamers waren schoon en de douche had een stevige straal. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en echt voortreffelijk. De bar in de avond was ook goed toeven. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze zoon wilde ‘s avonds alleen 2 bolletjes vanille ijs met chocoladesaus. Dat stond niet op het menu maar toen we het vroegen werd er speciaal voor hem een ijscoupe gemaakt.

Cons:

We hadden 2 kamers geboekt met airco (stond ook in de boeking) maar airco was niet in de kamer aanwezig. Een ventilator kon wel geregeld worden maar deze bood niet voldoende koelte. Als je het raam dan daarbij open deed, hoorde je ofwel straatlawaai ofwel de vliegtuigen. De housekeeping klopte in de ochtend op de deur om te kijken of we al weg waren terwijl het nog lang geen 12 uur (uitchecktijd) was. Nu waren wij al wakker maar als ik nog op bed had gelegen was ik niet blij geweest.
