Emplacement idéal pour profiter des restos le long de la plage et se décaler du centre ville. Très propre et petit déjeuner très complet.
Chambres/ appart avec terrasse, hôtel très bien entretenu. Prévoir la city taxe en supplément ....

Walking distance to town, across the street from the beach.

Cons:

We went towards the end of the season and they seemed to be short staffed. Breakfast could have been better - one day they ran out of eggs.

Amazing stay
Pros:

On arrival, we were greeted warmly. Our room wasn't ready because we were early, but they had it ready before the check-in time. We were offered a free upgrade to a junior suite. We were escorted to our rooms and given instructions how to use everything and complimentary water in the fridge.
The place was exceptionally clean, rooms, pool and the whole area.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and everything was quickly topped up.
The staff were all helpful, giving tips how to get into town. Bus stop outside.
Supermarket up the way and walkable. Can also walk to town in around 20 minutes.
Beach across the road was also beautiful

Cons:

If you had small children and had no car you would have to hire or rely on public transport as too far to walk for little legs. But we were ok as older children.

Pros:

La opción de cocina, la proximidad al pueblo y aeropuerto.
La estancia en si no estaba mal pero faltaba cuidar detalles importantes.

Cons:

Estaba lleno de mosquitos y bichos, faltaba un poco de limpieza.
El baño olía fatal, pero, el trato del personal no estaba mal.
Teníamos desayuno incluido, y cuando llegamos la comida estaba lleno de moscas.

Katastrophe. Sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist.
Cons:

Das Zimmer war verdreckt, Lampen nicht angeschlossen. Es lagen noch Kleidungsstücke der Vorbesitzer im Zimmer. Das Zimmer hatte rein gar nichts mit der Beschreibung auf der Webseite zu tun. Man konnte die Balkontür nicht richtig öffnen, da diese durch ein Zustellbett versperrt war.

Pros:

The Hotel is situated in a great location. It's close to the Naxos Port, Town and also the Airport.
There are two Windsurf centers right in front of the residency.
The staff were very friendly and always helpful.
The breakfast and snacks were also great. There's a car rental right on the property. You'll also find plenty more in the town including bikes and 4x4 buggy's.

We enjoyed our 11 days of stay here. A big thanks to everyone.

Cons:

If there's anything.... then it would be just the pillows. They were a bit hard for me and my wife. A bit of TLC in the bathroom would be helpful but other than that... everything else was alright.

Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft am Südrand von Naxos-Stadt. Besitzer sehr bemüht. Fussweg in die Altstadt ca. 30 min über eine Feldweg und am Strand entlang - auch abends ok, da beleuchtet. Besitzer sehr nett, Autovermietung für kleines Geld (Nebensaison) direkt hinterm Haus. Transfer zum Hafen / Flughafen für 10 Eur

Personal am Pool wenig bemüht… viel Routine.

Served its purpose for our stay but could use some updates.

📍 Location: Convenient spot—just 10 minutes from Chora and literally a 1-minute walk to the local bus stop. Perfect for getting around the island.

🛏️ Rooms: Clean and tidy, though the beds could be a bit more comfortable. We also thought the breakfast could use a little more variety from day to day.

🙌 Hospitality: The staff are super friendly and always willing to help with recommendations, bookings, and ideas for things to do. Their local knowledge made planning activities easy.

🚙 Getting Around: Most activities are a bit of a distance from the hotel, so we’d definitely recommend renting a car, ATV, or just using the bus for exploring.

💙 Overall: A clean, well-located hotel with warm, helpful staff—great value for anyone wanting a convenient base to explore the island.

If we were to come to the island again we would choose a 4 star or higher for more comfort.
