I like the hotel owner; he is always smiling.
Pros:

We’ve stayed here before; all in all, we got what we expected.

Cons:

The reception staff are perfectly fine, but there is one employee—an older woman who always looks disgruntled—who tends to stay silent and gets annoyed at the slightest thing if you approach her. Unfortunately, that’s just her personality, even though everyone else is lovely.
