Great, comfortable stay!
Pros:

Great suite, good facilities and spacious!
Was very comfortable. Good front desk staff. Good to have a water refill available.
Good windows that we could open and let some fresh air in. Comfy beds and good sofa bed.

Great location, comfortable stay, great service. At least one star more than their official rating.
Pros:

The hotel was really good. Location is great: very centric but just outside the loudest part of Madrid, so it feels peaceful to get back after having walked through the rumble of the Gran Via. The rooms are very spacious, well appointed and equipped, and clean. There was daily cleaning service. And the hotel provided really nice details in the room like water, a bottle of wine, and cookies. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Madrid.

Cons:

Everything was good. We did not find any flaws during our stay.

Wenn noch mal Madrid dann definitiv wieder dort.
Pros:

Gute Lage.
Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal.
Schönes grosses modernes Zimmer.
Auf unserer Wünsche bez. Lage des Zimmers wurde Rücksicht genommen.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum war es sehr windig / Zugluft.
Eine neuere, schnellere Kaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert

Facilidad de llegar a zona Plaza España, cerca a lo que yo buscaba.
Desayuno con variedad de alimentos y el personal muy atento. Todo bien equilibrado calidad - precio
Me gusto mucho la amplitud de la habitación, muy cómoda y resalto el silencio !!

Cons:

- No me gustan las bañeras, considero representan riesgo al momento de tomar la ducha.

Stop looking. Just book it!
Pros:

Great location with breathtaking views, 2 minutes from a little grocery store & great coffee shop. The antique cars were a lovely bonus my husband really loved.

Cons:

Nothing other than a very small consideration. The drains in the bathroom and kitchen sinks took forever to empty. They need a good plunging.
