El personal muy amable y muy atento. Cerca del metro y paradas de guagua. El apto es grande, tiene todo lo necesario. La cama de la habitación es muy cómoda. La terraza tiene un bar que te permite echarte una copa y picar algo.

顶楼景观很好，有个bar可以消费，不消费也可以拍照，上电梯需要刷卡，安全可以的
距离地铁站要走一点距离，但是还好，溜达可以到。
La ubicación es excelente, limpio y muy cómodo
I could find nothing wrong with this property - from the phenomenal location, to the ease of interacting and communicating with the staff, to the rooftop terrace which had food and drink service during the weekend (and was always open for guests to sit and relax regardless of the service), to the awesome generously-sized apartments with lovely finishes and thoughtful touches, to the daily full breakfast buffet, it's hard to find something to not be happy with. The staff were phenomenal and incredibly helpful with honest advice and above and beyond assistance (thank you for allowing us to use the self-service laundry facilities even after hours!!). About the only tricky part for our large group was the difficulty with getting all the baggage from the public parking garage located adjacent to the property to the rooms but this is to be expected given the limitations in Europe in general, especially inside the old cities. The reception staff called taxi for us with ease and truly saved us money as we were going to use the metro to a few spots and it would have ended up costing us more than a van service! Breakfast was delicious (and in the end cheaper when comparing apples to apples compared to nearby cafés) with some of the very best mini croissants I've had anywhere. Eggs of various preparations were always available, as were a rotating selection of breakfast meats, cheeses, sides, breads, cereals, and fresh-pressed juices. Rooms are exactly as shown on the website too so didn't even have a need to take my own photos (though I did to share with friends and family). OH! I nearly forgot - they have a room delivery service for food even though they don't have an on-site restaurant. Great selections, good tasting food and delivery in 30 min or less. Zero regrets booking this property and if they're still there on my next trip to Madrid, they are where I will be staying!!
Genuinely cannot think of anything - MAYBE F&B service on the terrace weekdays? Maybe. and that's a stretch.

É muito próximo do Palácio Real, fácil para encontrar transporte, fora do Centro turístico, mas perto o suficiente para ir a pé. Terraço com vista fenomenal do Palácio Real, principalmente a noite. Café da manhã bom. Pessoal receptivo e atencioso.
O Terraço só abre algumas noites, poderia ficar aberto sempre.

Everything was good for our family. Excellent location and the staff were very friendly. Amar even booked a Flamengo show for our family. We had a great stay there!
