Sem conseguir dormir

Cons:

O hotel tem quatro andares. Ficamos no 2 andar. Havia um barulho com uma vibração baixa em que não conseguíamos dormir. Às 1h30 hs liguei para a portaria. Foi dito que não havia nada. Desci até a portaria e o rapaz nos conseguiu um quarto no 4 andar. Não havia barulho vibrando, porém o quarto estava ao lado de uma via rápida. Dormimos das 2 horas até às seis, porque o barulho dos carros era ensurdecedor. Ou seja o hotel tem metade dos quartos com muito barulho. Não está preparado para dar o conforto que um cliente necessita, como dormir com qualidade.

Quarto limpo, camas confortáveis. Chuveiro e privada são separados, o que achei ótimo.

Cons:

Estacionamento bem íngreme, sem demarcação de vagas, tv pega poucos canais com baixa qualidade, pia do banheiro entupida e o que mais não gostei é que o hotel não parcela os valores da estadia.

Infelizmente o quarto que ficamos ficava de frente com uma avenida muito movimentada, fora o muito barulho foi tranquilo.

O local é bom e a localização também é excelente.
Pros:

A lozalização excelente, a limpeza tb estava legal, já o café da manhã razoável. Tinha opções, mas alguns produtos oferecidos como bolos e sobremesas estavam com uma carinha de passados.

Cons:

A banheira do quarto poderia estar mais higienizada. Os demais espaços pareciam bem limpos.
